Honestly i don’t need McDaniel who’s an offensive guru. I’d like it but I want someone that can get this offense functional. That means a passing game that’s consistent and can help the running game get back on track. Imo if you got an OC that can just allow this offense to build off what they do well and not be predictable it’s good. The talent mixed with solid play calling should be enough to be top 10 if not 5

Lurie should be prepared and willing to pay McDaniels as much if not more than he pays Sirianni. Have both of them report to Big Dom. That way McDaniel in no way answers to Sirianni when it comes to the offense that McDaniel will run.
