4 hours ago4 hr FWIW Bucs fans did not have anything but awful things to say about Grizzard. Said he was terrible at calling plays, terrible at designing plays, lacked creativity, was awful at play sequencing.Juxtaposed to everyone who follows the Packers seems to be super high on Mannion. Granted, he was less exposed than Grizzard because he didn't call plays, but still. Please give some other guys a look. No excuse to not to talk to Engstrand. He did more with the Jets than Grizzard did with the Bucs and with far less talent.

Playing through pain is inevitable. But 2025 almost erased from our mind just how good Dickerson and, yes, Cam Jurgens were in 2024. You can't have a young all-pro on a long term mega contract out there when he "can barely move" and looks like utter crap. It's bad for the team now, bad for the future of the team, bad for the player. At some point, a healthy backup actually gives you a better chance to win than a banged up all-pro. And at some point, you have to accept a reduced chance of beating the Vikings in October in order to avoid derailing a season and a career. Somehow, being in the heat of the moment and trying to win games, the coaching staff and training staff completely lost sight of that. The training staff and/or medical staff should have not cleared him to play. Stoutland should have not played them. And Siri should have not played them if the two aforementioned entities failed to see the light. It was a complete, systemic failure having those guys on the field as much as they were this year. You're right, and I hope it doesn't go unnoticed by the FO. I'd go as far as to say, having those 2 players out there week in and week out caused more damage to this team moving forward than the OC did. LG and C not being able to run block all but ruined the running game. If the Eagles had just AVERAGE performance from LG and C, they would have been able to run the ball.

Would make them look like total amateurs. Which is looking more and more the case with this process by the day, but still can end with them looking good depending on the end result.

Never has there been a more miserable fan base than Eagle fans. I used to think winning a SB or two would make it better, but it's made it much worse.

I'm not saying it's not true and everything he said is the opposite. Those bullet point listings make it pretty obvious where it came from though.
4 hours ago4 hr We always take a long time finding coaches and every time people complain. It’s not a bad idea for Philly to speak with a ton of people before deciding.Getting hired 2 weeks ago or 2 weeks from now isn’t going to make a difference at the start of the season.

He needs to work under someone good for a few more years before he is given another chance
4 hours ago4 hr Hey Jordan we are going to give you this big scoop on a second Gizzard interview. In return you just have to mention how in demand this job is.

All of them are true: great roster, GM that is considered the best in the league and never stops trying to get better- doesn't always work but never stops trying, our Coordinators get HC jobs, but yeah, those are just narratives fed to unsuspecting reporters who don't know any better and only wait around for the Eagles hype machine to feed them lies.

So, if those things happen, you take the cap hit on Jalen Hurts now and trade him so that you can get out from under that as soon as possible.Hurts has a trade clause in his contract breaux. Get ready for his extension after they fire Coach Spaghetti this year.

You are giving your opinion. He literally said this is what he was told. So who do you think told him that? Daboll? McDaniel? Was it you?

The candidate pool certainly doesn't suggest that. At least from what is the known pool. Still hoping maybe there's something we don't see yet

But there are also some things that candidates might prefer differently. Whether that's not having full control over offensive staff or just how hands on the FO is, I can see some guys just don't feel it as a fit.

They’re also fans who are just in denial about stories. Like no offense Diana russini wasn’t just making up crap. I thought her biggest issue was she just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Instead of giving you new information. Obviously it was coming from somewhere and now same things were kind of said in Garafolo. Imo it’s kind feels Obvious as to whom is putting it out there and being AJ Brown/his camp. Yet nobody wanted to believe things like he’s unhappy, wanted to be traded and maybe there’s an internal conflict with him and hurts. Meanwhile because he said something at his locker couldn’t mean he’s covering up what’s actually going on.Imo there are far too many eagle fans that will go out of their way to discredit a reporter even if down the road it comes out they were accurate. Also goes the other way at times where a reporter gets built up spreading more cheerful news so they are considered more trustworthy.

For Daboll (taking away working with Ward) the expectation for the Titans isn’t that he’s gonna completely turn around that offense in one year or make them SB contenders in 2026. It’s see improvement from last year to this year. he could still go out and get a head coaching job in 2027 if that happens or he’s back for a year or two because they made an improvement. Much less of a worry to get fired unless it’s a complete shitshow. With the Eagles if he comes here and the offense doesn’t improve enough there’s a chance he’s fired in 2027 because there’s a chance Nick Sirianni is gone in 2027 if they regress or stay status quo. A point among many that matters in this all
