Well - I am guessing they may close down entirely soon.

It never seemed like the business model would work. Think maybe the ownership hoped to get a following then flip to espn or something

This seems to be going in an inevitable direction. Can't imagine they have many paying customers and the view numbers on the videos don't warrant much in terms of sponsorship dollars.

Yep, it has been obvious for a year that they won't be around for much longer.

Hopefully this results in Devan Givens returning to the radio. Much needed for local sports talk radio woth how awful the current on air talent is.

Man they're scraping.

EJ Smith said Fangio considered retirement last year…

@HazletonEagle Hopefully you can speak to this.

There's a delineation of responsibility between medical staff and training staff. The team docs pass or fail patients based on a physical exam, imaging...structural safety. The training staff is more functional. They are watching how players are moving after an injury, range of motion, strength, etc. In many ways, they help to bridge the gap between the doctors and the coaches.

What I'm saying, HE, is that I'm blaming your people instead of mine on this one 🤣. I trust that these guys were safe and could be cleared to play, but the trainers really should have identified that they just were not at an acceptable functional point in their recovery to be out on the field.

In my setting, sure. Id agree.

In professional leagues it seems like players and coaches have power that they shouldn't. And often looks like trainers dont have final say.

So we’re looking at:

  1. Fired OC in Tampa

  2. CJ stroud’s qb coach

  3. Guy who has coached for 2 years total

  4. Sirriani associate named Jim Bob

Who said our job isn’t desirable?

Yes Garafolo said that. But that’s even more reason to get an answer before Parker left. I don’t think he’s retiring

Fine. I’ll take the job.

Imagine if the day Patullo was fired, Schefter said: keep an eye on Jerrod Johnson, Josh Grizzard, Sean Mannion, and Jim Bob Cooter as the names for Philly.

I'm sorry, but I'm not going to just accept this slop just because the other names are gone. It's an embarrassing list of candidates. And while of course any of them could surprise, I think we all know what the most likely outcome is. It ends with Sirianni getting fired and organizational upheaval. This team was on top of the world less than a year ago and this is where we are now? Shameful.

Nick wants 1 second on the clock before making a decision

The longer this goes on and the lower we have to stoop for candidates, I gotta think we’ll reach a point where Lurie says F it and cans Siri.

And a wasted year of the window and Lane's last year. Hurts turns 28 this summer so maybe he has 2-3 more good years before he falls off like Wilson or McNabb. It's utterly stupid to not just fire the guy now and hire KK. The offseason will go for crap to hell yeah really fast.

We can only hope. As I just said above they get maybe one more year of Lane another year of Hurts in his prime before he gets closer to 30. Nick is a damn clown. It won't happen but it should. Trade his ass to the Cardinals.

Or it's for the Rooney Rule?

The rooney rule has long been satisfied I think.

I'm pretty sure virtuals satisfy the rule

Also Steichen thought Patullo would be very good

To be fair there were quite a few players and coaches praising Patullo.

Unfortunately it just didn't work out.

To be fair one of these guys can be presenting great ideas and be impressive but the list is not impressive on paper

Am a little more direct. Cost us a season where we had a chance to win the SB. Needs to pack the family and the dog in the camper and head west. Ciao.

That too. Still think if the O-line played better and were healthier, the offense would have looked better.

Its why that should be priority #1 this offseason. Fixing the O-line and making it a top 5 unit again.

O-line not playing well and not being able to establish the run didn't help either. Not deflecting blame from KP but if the O-line was playing like they did last year, we'd most likely be playing instead of Seattle.
