Good arguments both ways, I lean on the keep Pickens and not trade him for Crosby because he is younger and healthier. Crosby has had 7 surgeries in 8 years, but there is an argument to do it and try and level the off/def talent, and Crosby is already under contract for $28m...DAL could avoid the contract/FA drama they always seem to create. There are goin to be several teams trying to get Crosby. I think we are going to see a lot of moving players and trades this offseason league wide. There are other options which I think could help DAL defense while still keeping GP, maybe going and getting Odafe Oweh who had a great second half of the season after being traded to LAC or relying on the draft, DAL has too many holes to fill in one offseason. They need DB, LB, DE, possibly a OT if they release Steele, who is overpaid. DAL plans on tagging GP to extend time for a contract negotiation, or possibly a tag and trade scenario. I don't think the draft is deep enough to fix all of their issues but they are at least changing the approach, Jerry recently admitted that his approach to running the Dallas Cowboys needs to change after the team again failed to meet expectations, stating, "My way of doing things doesn't work if I don't change".

We use to take the travel trailer and stay a week every summer until the kids grew up.

From a contract perspective, he's still got $59M guaranteed the next two years so I don't think he's going to demand a new deal. Raiders still do their contracts like cavemen so Eagles would just convert his base salary to a signing bonus, tack on void years and have him on the cap in 2026 for like $6M.

He’s 29 when season starts so he’s in the midst of his prime. I kind of doubt Nolan smith and a 2nd gets the deal done.

It is actually a better tight end free agent market than it was last year. So I kind of think with more guys out there he might not get what he’s looking for. if the Eagles are in the same ballpark as other teams, he might just say I don’t wanna move away from Philadelphia and just come back.

My favorite part about the bay, as a kid, were the moon jelly fish. Also, it felt like you can practically wade across the bay. I am sure your kids loved the area.

Those players all need to be rewarded and the by doing so the Eagles will be competitive for years. It is now the offense's turn to go through transition. The way how has things set up, it is a little challenging. It is top heavy on offense financially and on the other end of the spectrum on defense. Instead of a couple from each unit. The Eagles need to start building up the offense through the draft with an OG, OT, WR, 2 TE's. There will still be an opportunity to fill CB2 and maybe an edge, but the . I don't think the Eagles can afford to be big players in FA.
February 13Feb 13 No to Crosby.I'd go after, in FA or a trade, if feasible, a TE. I feel like the Rams have 145 good ones on their roster. Maybe look at one of them. 🤓
