I like Freeling as well. More than Proctor who I'm not a huge fan of. Also like TJ Parker from Clemson a lot. Didn't have as great of a year as many expected, but like his talent a lot.

If Hurts can not run Kellen Moore's offense, not a prayer he can run McDaniel's offense.

But nothing is wrong with Hurts

There's no way Hurts is getting traded this offseason. I'm sure there are some inside the org who are frustrated with his limitations and probably with his personality. It just depends on "who" those people are. Regardless, Hurts ain't going anywhere. We can debate whether or not he should be traded, but when it comes to the will he part, we know that answer.

Brown, on the other hand, is a legit trade candidate this offseason on both the should he and will he front. My only issue with trading him is who would be his replacement? On a team with SB aspirations with a QB who needs to be surrounded with elite talent, it's a risky proposition.

Good time to move to bluesky

When the Eagles go to the Super Bowl, we have at minimum a top 5 OL. It's time to pick best available OL in RD1 again.

If the players hate Jalen then GTHO too. Why does this Org act so hopeless? 🤣

They gave a guy who won’t listen to anyone a huge contract two times in a row?

Revamp the Oline and let Tank play QB and have Devonta as the #1, F it.

Bo bichette definitely going to sign with someone during this outage too

I think the frustrations are from the offense under KP. I assume the hope inside is that things will be cooler with a new OC with experience that can be more innovative and actually use the talent on offense

I'd be happy if the first 2 rounds were Oline

I know some want a TE but I think it'd be better to just stop using 12 and 13 personnel

Damn you, I was just about to say he signed with the Dodgers

Sadly it might not be a joke

The Dodgers, I guess, since well, why the hell not. Everyone good can be on the Dodgers and the rest of the league can just F off.

Huh? Um.. Ok? I haven't heard of blueksy not working as much as x has but you're free to put politics before actual user functionality all you want 🤷‍♂️

I think McDaniel takes the Baltimore job or waits.

I would guess he would go Detroit or Philly first but maybe he stays in florida and does go to Tampa. Decent QB and receivers might need a running back to offset Irving. Easy division to win also

Seems like that would be hard to resist.

Blueski works A-OK, I just stay out of the comments.

But the racism and female exploitation is ok?

Hurts addressed the lack of running in his own passively critical way. Essentially said he’s running the system that’s been designed/called this year.

I agree with the premise that Hurts wants to avoid taking too many hits. Pretty obvious in how he slides, etc. But to say he doesn’t want to run at all? That he, the starting NFC QB in the SB 2 years out of 3, is the problem with the offense when the head coach’s executive assistant is the one calling and designing much of it?

Hurts has handled tough coaching, he seems to prefer it. How does that equate to a guy who’s won can’t take criticism?

All QBs have flaws. Hurts struggles to see over the middle of the field, he’s often too conservative, he’s late on some throws. But you know what? A confident Jalen Hurts playing in an offense that is designed with him in mind - and is called by a competent play caller - is a bit better in all of those areas and is exposed less often.

Tanner McKee, who had balled out pretty much every time he’s ever played in the NFL, looked borderline unplayable in that last game and every single one of his flaws were lit up in bright neon lights. It was clearly the coaching more than anything, and I think we’re gonna look back at the Patullo OC era with more vitriol, not less, over time.

Eh both have that. Plus no one is on Blooskie, it's a ghost town. It's where all the most insufferable people on Twitter from the summer of 2020 went, and that time period was the closest I've ever came to leaving the platform. I actually did leave it and came back in early 2021.

I think in addition to lesser run volume aimed at self preservation, Jalen has also bulked up to manage the grind. Long story short, he's not very fast anymore so I'm not sure he can flip that switch.

I was surprised he and others didn't copy Mahomes sideline running. It's a copycat league yet I don't think I've seen the other QBs do that

I was looking at Freeling as a second round guy, but that obviously could change. Nothing special at tackle or o-line in general this year I don't think.

I love some of the edges but they will be long gone by pick 23. Not too crazy about Parker, only lukewarm there. The Oregon player looks pretty good. There's a handful of the undersized type edges that we like. I liked Kenyatta Jackson as a sleeper but he's returning I just saw.

My dream is Keldric Faulk. I'd also love to move up for David Bailey or if Downs drops enough. I think the safety position is one of the areas that can put us over the top. I like the safety group this year as a whole.

I miss when this (the oiriginal) board had topics. This one constantly floats back to the same Hurts talk. It's lame

TBF, its a combination of Hurts, trading AJ Brown (and Vikas posting the same analysis of why it won't happen), Sirianni O Scheme & CEO HC and Lurie being cheap. Things will tick up once the Senior Bowl, combine etc start up.
