March 5Mar 5 I love how these so called "insiders" have just been repeating the same exact thing about AJ Brown for several days now. "The Eagles are willing to trade AJ Brown but their asking price is really high. We'll see if a team is willing to meet their asking price. He might get traded, he might not."
March 5Mar 5 I saw an interesting video on Youtube tonight from Hail Mary Sports and it had the Eagles trading back in the first round. We traded with the Broncos ( so they could jump ahead of Buffalo and San Francisco )The Eagles receive - picks 30, 94 and a 2027 4th round pick. The Broncos select KC Conception at pick 30 the Eagles select CB Chris Johnson from San Deigo State ( only because there werent any decent tackles left in this scenario ) I know the video is just a guy giving his viewpoints on another mock draft but I thought it was something different.

It's not like they can eat that cap and sign a FA either. Honestly, I hope they keep him and see what he looks like in the new offense.

They can't keep investing high picks in the defense. It's time to start replenishing the offense with young talent along the OL, at TE, and possibly WR as well.
March 5Mar 5 Good point just brought up on Birds Huddle. The Chiefs now own picks 9, 29, and 40 and Rashee Rice is in trouble yet again and could be facing a suspension. The Chiefs could be a player in a potential AJ Brown trade using pick 29 OR 40 as the main trade chip.

The guy can't win. And if he is playing flawless then they'll just conjure something up like they did before. It feels like he will never get ahead here ever again which is a damn shame.

Then the eagles will let him go next year and everyone will act like they were right all along

If Andy believes that to be Carnell Tate or Jeremyiah Love then they’re much better situated now to get that done.

Honestly, I hope they keep him and see what he looks like in the new offense. They don't need a draft pick to be as good as AJ Brown, smitty will be WR1. They need a competent 2 and a decent TE. They’re not trading him but they don't need to replace AJ Brown (smitty will do that), they need to replace Smitty's position (also doesnt need to be at smitty's talent level, because not many are). Is it an overall downgrade? Sure. Does it matter? Not with this offense, I don't believe we're going to see some monster shift this year. Not as long as sirianni is around.

March 5Mar 5 Daylen Everett is a tall fast Georgia CB which may sound scary. But he is used a bit like DeJean it seems. He is inside and outside. And seems to actually have some IQ for the game sorting through responsibilities in coverage. So, maybe not Ringo.Still want a guy who actually catches the ball. But I wouldnt actually hate the pick if we ended up with him.
March 5Mar 5 Wonder why we have heard nothing about this WR who is probably the best tackle breaker of all the WRs in this draft. Even better than Kendrick Law possibly.6'`1'' 222, hes looks like AJ Brown out there.

I'm glad he got better after those failures.
