Again, I'm not going to count EVERYONE. All those guys mentioned were in there 2 - 4 times.

I counted Mitchell because there was a stretch where he appeared a lot in a short time but then not much later on in my research.

I also fully know this means nothing. That's why I gave the slop qualifier warning. But it is interesting the disparity between the skill players and also they made no mention of Brown giving kids money for a PS5 or his video about mental health.

Did you use AI to count that? I just asked ChatGPT and it came up with AJ Brown as the #2 mentioned. Also, I wouldn't put too much stock in the Eagles social media team. Mostly young women posting TikTok style nonsense with memes and trends. I just scrolled their feed all the way back to January and there's no posts about DeVonta Smith or AJ Brown, but Barkley and Hurts, Goedert highlights, and more Jason Kelce than current players. There's also spongebob memes and a hamster in an Eagles uniform. They're Gen-Z kids who post for that generation, they've got roasted for years for catering to non-football fans.

Rough "attention share”

If we treat the feed like an ecosystem:

  • Hurts: ~19% of all player posts

  • Brown: ~15%

  • Smith: ~12%

Meaning roughly half the player-focused posts revolve around just three players.

There's no way you guys are really falling for this and thinking Carter is involved in trade talks... "Wow Breaking News" should tell you this is dumb AI YouTube stuff.

Respectfully, you keep Rickey Scoops’ name out of your Fing mouth, you hear me?

Real ones know Rickey is legit. He gets some stuff wrong, but he gets a lot right before the Schefter’s and Rap Sheets of the world.

And the stuff he gets wrong may just be legit info that teams flip flop on. Like Aiyuk to the Steelers was probably legit until Lynch got cold feet

Been thinking of the worst Roseman moves and cutting DeSean Jackson is thr top spot right now but I think Chip had major influence on that so not sure I want to pin that all on Roseman.

Even so, trading Jalen Carter for Crosby would top that.

Carter is a good player but most admit he wasn’t near as dominant last year. And most admit it’s going to be hard to keep both him and JD long term.. Moro is a player that we would also like to give a contract to and Ty Robinson is a high draft pick. I look at it this way Carter is probably going to be one of if not the highest paid player in the next year or so, so if you can trade him and sign several other key players instead isn’t it worth it?

That was 100% on Chip. Same guy traded Shady for nothing

Another was Tennessee backing out of trading Pollard to New England because the owner nixed it.

No, I hand counted based of their twitter feed. I also did strictly end of the season until today, so less than 2 months, not 12.

There's definitely posts with Smith.

Yup. Dude just became an Eagles fan. He wouldn't know that

Well by Shady, Chipotle was GM. Howie still had that role when they leaked the DeSean gang ties hit piece to ESP amd then cut DeSean.

How many big Howie moves get leaked before? I'm not saying it won't happen, but it's usually holy crap Howie did what?

Cryptic tweets means he's a diva, cancer, and should be traded. Everyone knows that.

Eagles had Chipotle as a GM? Interesting

He's probably one of those "earth is flat" guys. Trade him

Nah. DeSean was cut in the 2024 offseason. Chip likely caries the most blame but Howie did still have final say at the time.

Shady was 100% Chip. He was traded in 2025 offseason after Chip got full power.

He was playing witha Fed up shoulder last year. Shame on the Eagles for not having him address that through surgery or rest instead of having him play the season through it. There is no Super Bowl run and win the season prior without Jalen Carter.

Ty Robinson? Ty Robinson?!?! What are you smoking. He wasn't a high draft pick. He showed absolutely nothing last year and he is OLDER THAN JALEN CARTER.

You do not trade Jalen Carter ao you can plan on extending Ty Fing Robinson.

Can't really think of one tbh

What world am I living in that suddenly Howie cut Djax

I just meant not exclusively Smith.

Again, the Gen-Z nerds who are more interested in memes and trends than football aren't a reliable source of the team's personnel predictions.

Kelly's controversial roster moves

When Kelly was hired, he was also given full personnel control. Howie Roseman, who had been the general manager of the team for the previous three seasons, was not only defanged by Kelly, he was also sent to a different office, far away from any other football operations personnel.

With all that power to make player moves, virtually unchecked, the first Kelly transaction that began his undoing was the release of Jackson, after a Pro Bowl season where Jackson set career highs in catches (82) and receiving yards (1,332).

Hours before Jackson’s release in the spring of 2014, a report claimed that the Eagles had concerns about his issues off the field, citing possible ties with Los Angeles gangs. Jackson has frequently denied the gang allegations.
