Thursday at 12:52 AM4 days If the Eagles are already negotiating with Greenard’s agent I wonder if they have already agreed to compensation. Usually it doesn’t get that far unless you’ve agreed to that or are close to it.

Probably not, but we don’t have a TE1 either.Yea we absolutely would be. I said in a previous post this year we have $20M in dead cap tied up in Bradberry and Slay who haven’t played a snap in years. Taking the brunt of Goederts dead money in 2027 would smooth things over.

I liked the impact Phillips had a lot but truth be told he wasn’t the type of rusher you counted on in a big moment to get a sack. Those are are the 30+ guys to me Also sounded like Vic was in on Woolen at least

I have heard that teams that have players available will often let them talk to prospective teams to see if they can reach a contractual agreement. Can affect how much they are willing to trade.
Thursday at 01:14 AM4 days Shady smoking something tonight, what's he on about? 🤣 And the replies lol
Thursday at 01:15 AM4 days Whatever we pay for Greenard if we do I guarantee people will complain about it.
Thursday at 01:19 AM4 days If it costs a 2 and say 28 million for Greenard would you shift to Crosby for a 1 and a conditional pick in 2027?

Don’t want. FA has been good as is.

Thursday at 01:26 AM4 days 26 minutes ago, Waiting4Someday said:What happens when Lane retires?Depends. Assuming OTC and Spotrac are correct, if he retires next year it’s $25M in dead cap. They can take it all but would likely just file his papers after June 1 so it would be $12M in cap space in 2027 and $13M in cap space in 2028.

If they are blowing up and rebuilding the offense, rip off the whole band aid asap. If they want to to compete in 2027, rip off half the band aid.

Thursday at 01:35 AM4 days Goedert is still a good player when he plays but he’s not the blocker he was. Or at least last year he wasn’t
