I like Stowers a lot as a receiving TE, not sure about the inline blocking but he’s a weapon.

Teams have to eat the upfront signing bonus that was spread over years. That's why the annual salary is always lower than just the contract divided by the years. So on a 4-80 year deal if it's a 20 signing bonus then the other 60 is salary which can be split up however agreed and only partially guaranteed.

Yeh I just went back and looked at it…his cap hit was 20, so DAL lost the bonus money already paid, his salary was set at 16. I’m still learning.

I'm not worried about safety per se but I am curious what the plan is. Obviously what they have now isn't enough and I doubt you really want to play Mukaba and another rookie
