Mailata might end up being a swing tackle next year, so getting some live reps at RT isn’t that bad.

It could be very bad.  I can't understand this logic where we just shuffle in a new OL each week

Its not like any of these guys are major All Pro level players right now.  Just let them get in a rhythm, for the love of god

Mailata spent all of last offseason and this TC playing RT. He'll be fine. It's not like throwing Dillard over there cold.

Its actually kind of like that, maybe a lot like that

Just for one game?  That sounds like a horrible idea, unless we are actively trying to set the record for number of OL combinations in one season

Seriously, did they learn nothing from the Dillard-to-RT experiment?

Stoutland is very good but this is absurd.

Mailata has taken several snaps at RT during camps and practices.

Dillard tried to learn RT in one week.

Very different.

Some years back, Westbrook stopped at the goalline to keep the clock running and preserve a win.  The Atlanta RB had the same idea but did not stop in time.

Dillard never even took a single rep at RT before they gave him one week of practice. Mailata has had months. It's nothing alike.

Mailata has played RT and has some sort of mental fortitude. I can’t imagine he would be anywhere near as bad as Dillard was. That was an embarrassing effort by him.

"Several snaps during camps and practices" for a guy that wasn't even playing football a few years ago?

I dont know man, seems like a new level of crazy

Dillard played football for years, Mailata is just out there figuring things out

Now take everything he learned these past few weeks and reverse it.

Why?  It doesnt make sense

Any interest in Worley ?? Still only 25 years old.

Toth got overpowered at RT by a blitzing CB Marlon Humphrey against BAL; he’s not my first choice to line up there

If Mailata is playing well at LT, why not just keep him there for the future?  He may still have areas to work and improve on, so far he has held down the position.

I don't care if it's a 3rd String QB or a team in disarray.  It's still the NFC EAST and our games always have a crazy energy.  The Bye week is around the corner.  We are at home, we have to take care of business.   I want this Defense to truly welcome Dinucci to this rivalry.  As far Carson and the O.  Just keep growing.   Since the 49ers we've scored (25, 29, 28, 22)   We are playing better on O this last month.   Let's keep getting Boston, Travis and Rodgers involved.

Only posting because we’re supposedly looking to trade for LBs.

Undersized, mediocre LB? Check.
Cheap? Check.
Named Jalen? Check.

Seems inevitable.

He has been absolutely terrible for them this year.  And he wasn't good when we originally had him.  I would pass.

Que up the mailata sucks crowd if he doesn't play well at RT this week.

I'll be first in line to blame Stoutland and Doug for moving Mailata

The only realistic options are playing Mailata, Pryor or Peters at RT. One isn't a RT. One has been a LT for over a decade. One has trained to be a swing tackle. Who are you picking?

Also Dillard played football for years exclusively at LT is what made it a bad idea. Mailata has practiced and played preseason games at RT. I don't see why this is so confusing.

Reading different posts about Daryl Worley and Daryl Morey is making my head spin.

Am I crazy or did we not have Daryl Worley in camp last year? Didn’t we trade someone for him then cut him?

He's the one that got drunk and fell asleep in his car in the middle of the street near Novacare with a gun. It was 2018 though.

No Gerry at practice, wooooooooooooooooooohooooooooooooooooooooooo

On March 9, 2018, the Carolina Panthers agreed to trade Worley to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for wide receiver Torrey Smith.  The deal became official on March 14, 2018.

On April 15, 2018, the Philadelphia Police Department arrested Worley for driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, and violation of the uniform firearms act. Worley was found by police passed out in his vehicle while blocking a highway that was near a team facility. It was reported the arrest was at 6AM and police were required to use a taser on Worley after he became combative. On April 16, 2018, the Philadelphia Eagles officially released Worley due to his arrest.
