I think that’s the state of the position for the most part. If there are lanes, the RB looks like he played well. If there aren’t, people think the RB is the problem.

Yup.  There was a lot of sloppy blocking on run plays.  Herbig would pull and not hit anybody.  Same with Mailata.  These are staple running plays in our scheme.

Scott played well but that’s more indicative of a bad Dallas D. You can say the same for Fulgham but he was doing some impressive things with his route running

Yup — there were two runs where Scott had lots of room and they ended up being runs of zero yards and two yards.  The offense really suffers when Sanders is out.  Again the Eagles had a miserable night on 3rd and short — get a RB in here who can move a pile.

He caught a screen pass and had a nice pick up.

Yea. He was ok. Was hoping for a better showing against a bad D. Obviously had factors playing against him and I think he will still be a good WR in time.

Cripes, he somehow dressed worse than he played.

I don't think Scott is a problem that needs to be addressed.  He plays well.  There are plenty of plays where the hole closes quickly, even for Sanders.

Face it, the OL is substandard.  It makes every play that much harder.

Maybe he had this outfit in the back of his mind all game.  That would explain much of the bad play.

Very true.  I wonder what the timeline is for Brooks and Seumalo; something tells me we might see Brooks back first

Seriously wtf is he wearing. This is the biggest red flag to date his head isn’t right since Clowney

Random point on Wentz. He is terrible at screen passes.

Probably the weakest part of his throwing game. So much of those plays have to do with ball placement and leading the receiver up field so he can just catch and go. He consistently throws it behind or high and kills the receiver's momentum.

Yep. Good for us too.

I don’t think so. Seumalo was said by Caplan to be back around Week 11

The ruling on the free kick is as clear as mud.  The rules:

Sorry, Franklin, no tee in the NFL.

Love the way Collinsworth just ASSUMED the Turds recovered that kick.  I need to mute the telecast when those two idiots are doing the commentary

That was all night with him. Just like the interception and the fumble McLeod scored on. Closest thing to being honest all night was the DiNucci sneak where he said "gee, I don’t know if he got enough.”

North Dakota dad chic.

I thought they did too, but had no idea since the refs didn’t bother to tell anyone.

What the Eagles need to do is a develop a Defensive unit that can hold "good" teams to 20 points.

And thereby become VERY Competitive for the Top Prize.

A new coordinator with a fresh vision will be needed and better player selection in both the draft and FA

I guess I'm the only Eagles fan who's happy about the game. It's a win, and that's what matters. Really.

I also think that of the eight games we've played, the best left tackle performance we've had all season was turned in tonight. Not saying I don't want Mailata at left tackle and Peters at guard. But I think that the talk that Peters is trash is complete bs. Let's get Johnson healthy for the Giants game and let them figure it all out. Anything that gets Pryor out of the starting lineup will work for me.

Glad to see Goedert, although it sure seemed like he wasn't really himself yet.

Hope that Slay is going to be okay.

And yeah, I thought the Eagles were offside on that defensive touchdown. On replay, it wasn't so clear cut though, so maybe it wasn't the huge break that I thought it was at first. And I was annoyed at the announcers arguing that it should have been marked down with Curry in control of the ball. Sure, you can freeze frame anything and make it look like there's possession, but in real time it sure seemed like that ball was just moving around wildly.

We beat the hated Cowboys by two touchdowns. Be happy, people!

I used to like Al Michaels, but Collinsworth’s idiocy is rubbing off on him — plus he’s way over the hill.  He needs to retire like Emrick did

You don’t run away from a rookie who is struggling.  This team Isn’t making noise this year.  Get his confidence up for next year.  Who else you going to go to deep?  He’ll work through it.

Reagor

To those defending Wentz -- what would you need to see this season to be out on him as the "franchise QB"?
