Allen Robinson will always be an Eagle in my heart even if he never officially becomes one.

Make it happen, Howie. (somehow)

Hmm I dunno. He might choose to learn on the Bears PS instead of coming

The Eagles also protected the following practice squad players for Week 2:

• WR Deontay Burnett

• DT T.Y. McGill

• DE Joe Ostman

• CB Trevor Williams

I would've went with 1 online here

Hella sawft yo. He ain't got it

It's worth mentioning that Jamon Brown got benched in Atlanta last year. He couldn't crack the Giants lineup the year before. He's not good.

I guess Trevor Williams will be active.

Putting themselves in a bind for the last spot between DT and DE

Would love Robinson, and would realistically try to figure out how to send Ertz out there

but Robinson's big stink is money... For that reason, I'm out

They drafted a TE in the 2nd rd this year. Also gave Graham a ridiculous contract

Add me to the what the heck did Matt Pryor do list.  He was the camp darling his rookie year.  Got some playing time eventually and while he didn't live up to that hype he played OK.  Potential starter at RG this year then potential starting LT.  Now he's 3rd or 4th string.

Is Jamon Brown anything to get excited about?  Looks like he is strictly a guard.  No swing player here.

Thats because he hasn't met Jeff Stoutland yet.

I don’t think Pryor was ever in contention to start at LT. I think it was for cross training purposes while they played chicken with Peters.

Bears let jeffery walk. I’m doubting they want him back older and more injury prone

Also, signing someone off of a practice squad means you have to keep that player for a certain amount of time correct?

Giants claimed him off waivers from the Rams and he started every game in NY.

No, you just have to pay them for a certain amount of time. Unless that rule changed this offseason that i'm not aware of.

The Giants went 5-11 that year, drafting 6th overall, and immediately tried to replace him. The gave up their best pass-rusher (Vernon) to get RG Zeitler.

Also, if he was good, why was he on a PS?

True

The Giants don't start just anybody, you have to be good to start on that OL.

I'm not arguing he's good, but you said he couldn't crack the starting lineup which is the complete opposite of what happened.

In a league full of bad OL, he got benched in 2019 and didn't crack the starting lineup in 2020.

Brown is experienced depth, something the Eagles lack.  He may not be perfect but at least can provide depth and hopefully a little leadership

Ooook. But he started every game for the Giants. It's not that serious to move goal posts over. Again, not saying that makes him good.

Atlanta also gave him over $6M a year after leaving NYG. They got it wrong, though, obviously.
