Add on winning the division they have a first place schedule. I believe we face the nfc south next year and afc west.

Jokes on you he’s more of a frozen yogurt fan.

Great. So we’re also on pace to play Green Bay and Seattle again. Oh joy!

Yup gonna face next year: chiefs, gb, seattle, tampa bay and possibly the saints depending on what the heck happens with brees.

Happy the Eagles stood pat. Would have been ok with a JJAW vs. *insert disappointing LB/CB* trade.

Jeffery is a goner at the end of the year. IR him and be done with it. DeSean is gone too with Reagor/Fulgham being real.

I liked the Reagor pick, but based on what do we know that he’s real, as opposed to another Eagle wr draft pick?  He’s done as little as anyone else drafted rounds 1-2 this year.

Long time away but doesn't seem like that bad of a schedule. Only teams I wouldn't want to go against are the first 3 you listed and then the most complete team the NFL has ever seen since inception, the Tom Brady Bucaneers

I wouldn't put Jeffery on the field to take a single snap from any of these young receivers.  Give me Fulgham, Reagor, Ward, Watkins, Hightower, even Hakeem Butler over Jeffery.  Jeffery has no place on this roster anymore, let alone on the field.  They kept Alshon off the IR hoping to trade him, that failed.  IR him, free up the roster spot and turn the page at the end of the year.

Oh i agree. I think the initial plan was to keep him off IR. Then play him around week 4 and showcase him in hopes someone at the deadline would trade him. Never happened and now i don’t want him on the field or even in the locker room. Just IR him and move on.

The nfc is a toss up right now. I’d take the Seahawks but i don’t trust that defense whatsoever. And homefield advantage in seattle isn’t there without the fans. I don’t know what the cardinals odds are right now but they are a good dark horse candidate to bet on. They seemingly always have weird games against seattle. I don’t think they represent the nfc but if i had to choose outside of the other 3 division winners I’d go them.

I'd rather bring back Jordan Matthews than ever see Alshon in an Eagles' uniform again.

At least Matthews didn't whine and stayed relatively healthy

Exactly.

Be honest, how much did you cry when they picked McNabb over Ricky Williams?

I wanted McNabb over Williams.

Pff still has him higher than NRC and maddox. And by a lot. Maddox and NRC are 48. Hes 64.

Seems to me that they did everything thing they could to make people believe that while there was the slimmest chance they could offload him.  That ship has sailed.  Time to dump him in the way that best benefits the team.  Putting him on the field isn't it.

So what are you gonna do, just cut him? They're the ones who didn't PUP him, he's not on any injured lists... I can't see them just benching him if healthy,

Jeffery would have made the play on the ball to Butler.

Yep.  I send him home.  And say, thanks for LII, now beat it.  You've been the unnamed source too often, and we don't need backstabbers and free talkers to cause division in our midst around here.

Like I said, they've made every move with him with the misguided hopes of trading him.  They should have cut him before the start of this season, but they didn't.  And now they've wasted a roster spot with him.  It's time to cut the bait.  No one's biting.

That''s easy to say, except that he wasn't out there.   He's a crumb, and he shouldn't be on the field taking a snap from any young player... not a single one.  And frankly, shouldn't be holding a roster spot forcing the team to expose one player to being poached off the PS.   I get why they did what they did.  There was a chance... because he's a proven vet.  But, no one wants him at that number (thanks Howie), while coming back from injury.  And with a team that has young players that they need to learn more about, and will likely back into the playoffs even while going through their growing pains... just move on from him and don't look back.

Joseph has been brutally bad this year.

I’d take a look.  Could use him in the return game.

He has some punt return records. Can't hurt to bring him in.
