You are pretty close. ERFA get offered a 1 year lowball deal, and they have to either take it or not play in the NFL

Exclusive rights simply refers to a player with 2 years or less experience who's contract expires. The team they're with has exclusive negotiating rights unless the team waives that right. Simply put, it means they can't talk to anyone else.

Soemone asked earlier when NBA starts.

It was between 12/22 when the league wanted it, or some date in January that the players wanted.

Today they are reporting that the players association is expected to approve the Dec 22nd start date.

 

We have the draft on November 18th and free agency I think is just a few days after that. 6ers news should be on the way in  just a couple weeks.
