The irony in Favre's criticism is that Brett led the league in INTs thrice in his career... and was only under double digits in INTs 1 year in his career (I'm ignoring his rookie year when he had 4 attempts and 2 INTs.  Those were likely just heaves down the field for a hail mary, when the starter couldn't get the ball that deep.)

Carson, on the other hand, has only topped 7 INTs his rookie year and this year.  Brett doubled that and then some in all but 3 years.  Two years with only 13, and 1 year at 7.   

I think the INTs will take care of themselves, as that's anomalous.  But the fumbles are the bigger issue to me.  That's something he's always struggled with.

Bold statement:  Eagles don't make the playoffs last year if Foles was the QB.  

2nd bold statement: Based on if Foles was playing here the way he's playing in Chicago, I'm not sure that the record would be different here.   Foles with the Bears is 2-4 as a starter.  That's hardly the stuff that would make everyone get on board with him being the QB here.  Maybe its better... maybe its not.  Certainly not a definitive 'yes'.

Drugs are no good.  Weed I can understand as it's not as bad.  But it can definitely lead to harder drugs.  Seen it first hand with a good friend of mine.  Ruined his life.

Media did a horrible job of reporting the OR referendum.   Moves simple possession of a user quantity to a Class E misdemeanor subject to a $100 fine or health assessment for addiction treatment.  Sounds like a step towards the Portugal model which has been highly successful in limiting addictive drug use and way cheaper than our approach to the war on drugs.  The fiscal conservative in me likes this approach.

I stopped smoking Pot like 30 years ago. It was fun, but a waste of my time and money. To some extent so is drinking, but I still indulge in that very occasionally.
