Not really.  But i hate the idea of seei g the nfce being the laughing stock of the league in a year that’s sucked all around.

anyways, beat the giants and browns(browns arent going to be a walk in the park but) then go in a 3 game win streak with cards, cowboys, skins

I have little faith carson stops turning it over tbh.  But i should be able to expect  it from our very expensive #2 overall franchise qb.

I'll need to see how the offense works with Lane, Sanders, and Seumalo returning before I get overly optimistic about the that tough, five-game stretch.  I also think Jeffery may be of some use.  I can see some snaps where it would be more appropriate for him to be on the field than Ward or JJAW.

That said, the only guaranteed loss I can see right now is Green Bay.  Cleveland only has one quality win.  Seattle can't play defense anymore.  New Orleans outdoors in the cold.  Arizona will be tough.

LOL if you think this is on Carson

Last year they had one of the easiest schedules, he as one of the best in the league turn over wise and they were 9-7 lol

This team/scheme just isnt good. specifically the defense.

Carson has been the biggest issue this season.  I didnt even know there was any debating that honestly.

But there are certainly other issue(s) that is true

I feel like that’s balanced out by the fact that we still struggle on offense. Dallas has a horrific defense and we only managed 15 on them.

Dallas did play the Steelers tough too.

Is it possible that their defense is just playing better?  It couldnt get much worse.

Thats fine. Thats your opinion

I think the tired play call has been an issue. I think the defense using middle school line backers is an issue.  I think the defense not getting turn overs is and always has been an issue outside of 2017.  The lack of talent on offense even before injuries. the talent after injuries.

Those all make good points but we can still be better if Carson would stop playing like a knucklehead.

I hate the play calling. But it doesn't excuse the fumbles (specifically).

graham is having one of his best years and one could argue he has stolen 2 victories with timely forced turnovers for us in this 3 wins to date campaign.   So i kinda have a hard tIme putting blame on the defense    Right now.

Defense has been fine. They are 10th right now in yards allowed per game, 4th in passing yards allowed per game, and 17th in points per game. And this is with an alarming number of multiple turnovers by the offense. If they could stop the turnovers, the points per game would more than likely drop.

I didnt know the defensive rankings but just frOm watching them and watching some of the other teams defensives being gashed around the league i kinda figured our defense wasn’t a huge issue

@In2football

Eagles 20, Giants 16. Another ugly game the Eagles win due to sucking slightly less than their opponent. Carson goes 17/30 for 200 yards, 2TDs, and no turnovers, and his gang of minions act like we watched 2017 Carson redux.

I cant see him not having at least one silly turnover

I know it's still early in his career but....BOOM.

The lack of creating turnovers is a problem, along with some other things like LB, obviously. But yea. There's certainly a lot worse playing every week around the league.

Will Alshon be taking slot snaps from Ward?

Teams now have film on him.  If he has any tells, those will start to be identified.  Doesn’t mean he isn’t a heck of a find but it does mean he could plateau.  Same with Mailata.

Suspect he gets eased in.  Probably taking some snaps that would have been Ertz initially.

Carson plays hero ball because he knows(in my opinion) the next play call is gonna be trash. Gonna be a bad WR screen. Stupid trick play or even worse he's going to get pulled off for Jalen Hurts.

If you've ever been good at something  and dont trust the team around you, you become a ballhog.

Qb’s do not play hero ball because they are afraid the next play called will be a bad one.  If Carson is doing it then he has bigger issues than what i thought which was that he is simply in his own head and trying to make up for past mistakes on every pass play instead of focusing on down and distance.

He needs to correct his mistakes in practice.  In games he needs to focus on down and distance, taking what defenses are giving him (shouldn't he know what a defense is willing to give when watching film all week?) trust his teammates and coaches.  No more hero ball no matter why he thinks he needs to or sit down and watch from the sideline for a while.

and was a good athlete and played on plenty of bad teams.  Never felt the need to make things worse by trying to do too much.   But have played with many like that.  It never works out well

It's always an "unborn child" if you plan on having the baby.  The only time it's considered a "fetus" is when discussing/referencing abortions and/or other medical procedures.  But if you plan on having the child, it's always an unborn child.

It's an embryo up to 11 weeks, after which it becomes a fetus.

https://www.medicinenet.com/embryo_vs_fetus_differences_week-by-week/article.htm

If you want to talk about wasting "potential life," young men should rape young women instead of ****ing, since they're wasting "potential lives."

Obviously we don't recommend that, nor would even a stanch Catholic counsel raising fetuses in test tubes to avoid miscarriages (1/2 or more of pregnancies end up in miscarriages, so God is the great abortionist), even though that would protect more unborn children than natural childbirth.

As far as late term abortions, almost all involve serious threat to the life of the mother, and are 1% or less of all abortions.

https://www.cdc.gov/reproductivehealth/data_stats/abortion.htm

The conflict over abortion is religious, since it depends on belief in the existence of both a "soul," and that the soul enters the zygote at the point of conception. Which is why those who don't believe in a soul or belong to religious groups that don't believe a fetus is a child resent the religious imposing their views upon them (though few "pro-lifers" are willing to pay higher taxes to support those children after they're born, or even to provide better medical care to the mothers, so it's more accurate to call them "anti-abortionists").

Carson is a smart guy, supposedly, so shouldn't he see that his hero ball mentality isnt working either?

If the play call is stupid then so be it but take what's given to you and punt instead of forcing things and turning it over.

Uh the last time somebody beat Nick Saban from the SEC East or 10 FREAKING years , it was Alshon Jeffery .  ( 24 in a Row for Bama)

People do not understand how good Alshon is and how big a role he played in the SuperBowl year.

30 is "NOT OLD"

What happened to all those articles and stories about Carson Wentz and his eidetic memory???

I disagree, the conflict for me isn't a religious one, it is out of respect for all life- more of a moral one, and how I treat all life. I dont kill anything unless I absolutely have to for my own survival.  To me a life is a life, period. If it's an unborn child in one instance, then it is in all instances.  It's very hypocritical to call it an unborn child when the father tries to kill it, but just a fetus, or clump of cells when the mother wants to kill it.  Labeling them different is just a way of easing guilt/ a way to justify actions for what ever your agenda is, less population,  easier life for the mother, whatever the reason.  For some it is religious, because "Thall Shall Not Kill"

End of discussion- as I stated it was rhetorical. Not worth a convo here.
