thanks. It not a lot of work and it's kind of tradition

It is a commitment though.  I only ever did the season predictions.

Gary Brightwell is a local guy. From Chester PA.

Senior. Ill be watching him in the pre-draft process.

I’m hoping we see Reagors "breakout game” tomorrow. I’m a fan of his, and I’d really like to see him shut some people up who are always bringing up other rookie WR.

You are so silly... no one will ever shut up about another WR.   We still hear about Metcalf, even though the Eagles now have Fulgham.  Unlike the Jefferson would have blocked Fulgham argument put forward by someone, which is laughable, Metcalf would have likely blocked a move for Fulgham... so that is an either/or situation.   And Fulgham has matched Metcalf's production since he's entered on the scene.  The big question is whether or not Fulgham can sustain it.  Oddly, that's also the question about Metcalf, given his neck concerns.

You’re probably right....ten years later and people still want Earl over BG

Exactly.

I doubt you will get anyone to say they regret the BG pick. Not anyone who pays attention.

He may not get national attention but he has been clutch(understatement) for us He is becoming one my all time favorite eagles actually.  He doesnt have a nickname.   Doesn’t need one.  Just goes out and makes big play after big play whenever the team really needs it

Not really.  BG is still playing and very good as well.  Earl isnt.  Not much to argue about anymore.

Man..... Michigan is awful.

I definitely agree with you, but I’ve seen people on the board that still preferred Earl over BG

Have to take in to account that Earl played much better at the start of his career when BG struggled. So in the end they have about the same amount of successful years.

Earl Thomas has been to 7 pro bowls and was named to the all decade team.

I’m loving some Tyler Shough right now 😍

Any idea why Parcells was going so crazy then?

Because he just lost the game and figured he might scream like a juvenile loud enough to convince the referee to somehow change the call in his favor.

Kinda reminds me of the play in the '01 MNF game at Giants Stadium when the Eagles ran a trick play out of punt formation which worked to give the Eagles a first down. It was late in the game at a critical moment. Some sort of pass play involving Brian Mitchell. Jim Fassel screamed long enough for the officials to eventually decide that Jeff Thomason was illegally downfield when the pass was thrown. He was not. Anytime I see an official complaining about a call, I think of that play as proof that it sometimes works, even if you're wrong.

Parcells could be overheard on the mics saying "you can't advance it!". There's a video on youtube and you can hear what he is screaming. The title of the video is  "A crazy ending you'd never expect".

@In2football

28-17 Eagles.  So ride, boldly ride, to the end of the rainbow ride, boldly ride, till you find El Dorado.

Thx for keeping the candle lit.

@In2football

Eagles 26

Giants 21

So, it was Madden who was saying if it was 4th down you can’t advance it.
But, I’m still confused on what the rule actually is.

Maybe Parcells thought the ball had crossed the line of scrimmage and Simmons had then advanced it.🤷‍♂️

True.  Also Earl had great players around him in that secondary with Sherman and Kam Chancellor.  If the Eagles took Earl think of the crap he would have had around him in the secondary.  He might not have been as good with the Eagles.

Ironically, Madden called that game and had about the same reaction to the 'Immaculate Reception'.
