Why would the packers be serious about moving Rodgers when he’s having an MVP-esque season?

No one is going to like what they see in Hurts.

I think you just ride this Doug/Wentz show into the ground through the 2021 cap issues.  Give them the offseason to wake up.

You make a list of GM candidates this offseason.  And if they aren’t competitive by the 2021 deadline, you clean house with the vets and move on from Doug/Wentz after the 2021 season.
