I love Foles like a brother, but he’s terrible.

I like Aiyuk too but Jefferson is just a pure WR where Aiyuk is more of an athlete. I thought the choice was obvious to grab Jefferson but nope we get a fast guy who can sometimes catch. Duvernay was in the 3rd and is similar to Reagor.

I actually liked Duvernay a little more than Reagor.  I think Duvernay has a higher ceiling.  I think Aiyuk will develop polish as a WR in the NFL. I think he will be the best WR from this draft within 3 years after he gets NFL coaching.

So you run the wildcat with Patterson and run the ball to the side where Nick Foles is playing wide receiver. you know he’s not gonna block anybody and you’re probably not gonna ask him to cause you don’t want him to get hurt. That is a play destined to fail.

The Bears' offense makes no sense. Either protect with 7 or quick game the Vikings. Why are they running deep posts/verticals with Foles and bad pass protection

I would've gladly taken Aiyuk over Reagor as well. The last draft was a gut puncher, first Reagor and then Hurts lol... my god.

Throw on this is not Nagy calling the plays anymore either.

Howie is completely undisciplined now.  Bad contracts for aging players.  Acting all giddy when he selected Hurts in the 2nd round and I think he felt he stuck it to Dallas. It was so stupid.  Why are you celebrating a 2nd round pick like you won the Super Bowl?  And, he drafts Davion Taylor who is a project in the 3rd round.  Why are we drafting projects in the upper rounds in the draft when we aren't a SB champ?

I wouldn’t have taken aiyuk over reagor at that point. Frankly I don’t think either one of them was worthy of the 20th pick. Personally I think Aiyuk landed in The perfect spot for him. Kyle Shanahan knows how to use him as he has Deebo Samuel and that is who I saw aiyuk being. If he was here I don’t believe for a second he would be as productive as he is in San Francisco right now even though he has lesser talent at quarterback. I also think it helps that Deebo Samuel, kittle and mostert are all hurt so he’s getting a ton of volume. Last three weeks with those guys hurt his targets have gone from 7 to 10 to 14.

Personally if you switch the two I think Aiyuk  would struggle here because we wouldn’t use him properly and I think reagor might not be great but he would look better than what he has with the Eagles because I think Kyle Shanahan would maximize his strengths

I disagree. But, we will see within a few years. I think we will regret not drafting him more than DK Metcalf when all is said and done. I think Aiyuk is going to be like Adams, but with freakish athleticism.

This Bears offense looks like some Dougy P crap

Nagy had a good rookie year there. But, since then, he's been pretty bad.  The Bears need a better, dynamic RB.  Cohen has lost it and Montgomery isn't explosive enough.  Their OL is a  mess, too, just like ours.

Their styles are actually quite similar. Doug just has the ice cream.

Sure wish we took Jefferson...

If only there was a way for the fans to run the next draft. What is there to lose? If we completely fail then that would fall in line with every other Eagles draft

I almost would prefer Howie spinning a wheel with players names on it and let fate decide it. I trust fate more than Howie at this point.

You don’t think having Kyle Shanahan who is one of the more innovative and creative play callers who manage to get a rookie Deebo Samuel to look like a pro bowler down the stretch last year doesn’t make a difference? I think that makes a huge difference. Again go look at his games and watch the Niners and how they use him. Way more conducive to what his strengths are.

Also go look at his last three games when those guys have been out his production went up dramatically. Last 3 games on average 7 receptions, 94 yards and .67 tds. Prior to that the 5 games 2.8 catches and 33 yards and .2 tds. It makes a difference when you are missing three of your best players and you are targeting him 10.3 times a game up from 5 in his previous 5 games. Also his Seahawks stats are skewed. He got all of them when down 20+ late in the fourth.

Aiyuk's skills would translate anywhere.  Sure, Shanahan is pretty good at creating offense. But, Aiyuk was a 1st rounder for a reason.

Cordarelle Patterson should not be the center piece of your offense

Bears screen game looks really familiar... it sucks.

That was a Doug Pederson playcall.  3rd and 5 and a screen for a loss.

Watching this game is making me annoyed because it's reminding me that our drafting is probably worst in the league, and the putrid Bears offense is similar to ours.

Lmao on what fing planet does that play work yet these two a-hole coaches keep trying it

Foles looking to go 2-5 as a start this year when his team was 3-0   ouch

It's obviously way too early, but aside from the first catch of his career (against Darby, lol) Reagor has shown nothing special.

We are all witnessing an offense that may be as unimaginative and uninspiring as ours
