I would like to formally apologize for bashing Nelson Agholor every game last year, it clearly wasn’t his fault it was Doug and Wentz.  I can admit my mistakes.

Lol I'm the opposite. F Agholor for needing a change of scenery!

lol fair. But when he stepped up his play it was a big factor for Eagles winning a Super Bowl. For that I’ll always be grateful for the dude.

When was the last time the Eagles were on the receiving end of a positive ‘needed a change of scenery’ situation?

In 2017...
Alshon, Patrick Robinson, Torrey Smith... even Agholor... got a new number, looked like a new player.

Patrick Robinson was a nobody before he came to Philly and left a hero

Brandon Brooks also

Brooks was good in Houston and they wanted to re-sign him. He just didn’t like BOB. He also got a 5 year $40M contract

I’m usually one of the last ones holding out hope that the team will get hot to close the season, but I’m at the point now I think it’s more likely the Eagles finish last in the division than first.  I was not expecting DAL to beat the Vikings and even a little surprised that WAS won pretty easily.  Looks at the moment like the Eagles could have the #4 pick after NYJ, JAX, and CIN

Former 1st round pick, actually.

How was it their fault Agholor dropped damn near everything in sight and couldn’t line up correctly before and after 2017?

Add Malcom Jenkins on that list too

Those might be it. Sucks that Brooks is always injured now

The Wentz hate is strong with this one if he thinks Wentz is more at fault, lol. Alshon made zero effort to get the ball. If he can only jump 1 inch and not raise his hands then he needs to be on IR. Min effort atleast prevents the easy INT.

I honestly don't know how he's getting any snaps. But I also didn't understand how JJAW was getting so many snaps.

I’m surprised Peters isn’t getting more hate; that was as bad a performance as I’ve seen from any of our OL this season — Jamon Brown excluded, of course

I guess not too many people are surprised anymore

I actually expected more false starts from him. Instead of that he's just getting beat badly

He had just as many drops with Foles. Think it was pretty much all on the coaching staff around him. Honestly I hate Doug practice standards. Most practice is light walk throughs. When you practice like its a real game, you play better in real games. If you practice soft, you play soft and are not prepared.

That washed up f has been done for 2 years. He's a perfect example of when to move the f on. Dude sucks now

Is it a change of scenery when he comes back to Eagles?

Great call.

So if we fire Doug and completely clean house, who is the bright offensive mind we can hire to fix Wentz or develop Hurts?

Joe Brady?

Them what?

Ahh ish yo. Big d Nick waz a killa

I’m happy for Agholor. I’m happy he balled out in 2017, and especially in LII.

He also was so bad here at times that he actively hurt the team. Good to see he’s got his head right in Vegas.

Agholor is garbage — but there is benefit in studying how a decent OC can make use out of a useless carcass like him.

He was well regarded in NO, though.  Not exactly a cast-off.

As a Trojans fan I was happy the Eagles got Agholor. Not sure what happened his last 2 seasons here but he needed a mental change

I’m not getting hopes up or anything, but there is a chance Wentz could turn it around. Maybe not this season, but next year. Derek Carr is what gets me thinking about that, watching him now he’s doing really good & has had a quality season. Wasn’t long ago everyone was saying how broken he is. I know Eagles problems run deeper, but just a thought

Gruden made Carr good, maybe we can get a coach in here that can salvage Wentz.

You can't blame anyone else when the ball goes between your hands and you drop it.  Can't blame anyone else when you have the ball, no one is touching you and you drop the ball (Lions game 2019).   Agholor was his own worst enemy.

Wentz could use one for sure
