Slant was there for a nice gain.  Bad throw... had to rush it.

Initial look seemed like Ward heard footsteps to me.  Could have been a better ball for sure though.

The pass to Alshon was right on the money

This notion that Alshon is on the field but Wentz is playing for his job is interesting

That series summed up the offense perfectly.  

Is it the QB?  All bad passes.

Is it the WRs? All bad efforts to catch the football.

Is it the coach?  The first read on all 3 plays were, as follows: DickRod....Ward...Alshon.  Those are the numbers you want to call?

 

They all suck.

Frankly, that makes sense.  Best way to undercut your QB that you are trying to get going too.  Then you throw in the rookie with limited reps... and he fails to.  Insta-fired.
