There's no illegal contact if the QB is outside the pocket... and if he wasn't, then it was grounding and the penalties offset.  AWFUL officiating.  That's an impossible call to make on that play, without a grounding call.

Wow.  A few plays late on that one... but ALSO a good call.   Wilson should be flagged on that MUCH MORE than he does... backwards 30 yards doesn't count.  Outside the tackle box is the rule.
