I still think this is basically the same exact team from last year, just with the regression from Wentz. No playmakers on the outside, receivers getting zero separation, and just ugly play.

OL is worse. They were abysmal tonight.

The best receiver of the season only got 36 snaps lol

They gave 36 snaps to Alshon... Should get fired just for that

This is why people are saying take WR in the 1st round again

We don’t need more WR’s backing up Alshon and DeSean next year.

This is the worst Eagles team since 1998 with Ray Rhodes.  No double about it.  The win total won't reflect it thanks to our division, but this as bad as we have seen since that group.

Yep

No one seems to take it seriously but if Wentz received some medical opinions about his concussions/health I wouldn't be surprised if he decides to retire.

See: Andrew Luck.

Doug's balls are gone. He's done.

Carson is done. Find a sucker to trade for him if he doesn't retire.

Don't let Howie back into the building.

Doug’s balls are still there, he’s just reckless with his decision making on going for these 4th downs and 2-pt conversions. It’s like he went into hyperdrive when people criticized him for punting in the Cinci game.

If they bring Alshon and Jackson back then I'm taking a break from sports

It was wonderful to hear.

It was man. I hope the city talks about it all week. They did it at least 4 different occasions on the broadcast. 2 years ago Tony Dungy did as well.

Analytics backed both decisions for whatever that's worth.

The worse Wentz plays, the less attractive this job becomes. Our cap sucks. Our young talent is non-existent. Our QB is broken.

Where does the Eagles HC job stack up compared to: Jets, Jags, Cowboys, Texans, Lions, Chargers, Bears?

Analytics backed the decision to go for on 4th down down 11 points with 7 min in the 4th quarter? I’d really like to see the explanation behind that. In what world doesn’t it make sense to narrow it down to a one score game.

I get coaches using analytics as a tool, but it shouldn’t be the end all be all in decision making. You need to have a feel for how the game is going and what tools you’re working with. Otherwise you might as well just have a computer calling the game. It’s the same deal when the Rays pulled Snell in the World Series when he had 9 K’s because "analytics said so”.

The defense was playing well tonight and your offense is wildly inconsistent. Take the 3 and you still have plenty of time to get the ball back and try to tie the game or have your defense force a turnover.

Analytics doesn’t take into account this offense.

There likely will be some sort of "sit down" with Lurie this week.  I doubt Pederson gets let go this year or next year but if he insists on starting Wentz...when Lurie wants to see Hurts get more opportunities...then who knows.

I agree.

Right now we’re picking 6th in the draft. Easily the best news of this awful night.

How much would it cost to move up from 6th to 1st this year...in your opinion?

They'll be 3-10-1 soon.

If Lurie is forcing Doug to play Hurts he’s turning into a dog S owner and makes the job even less appealing.

Speaking of turnovers, was it the Cowboy game the last time we got one?

McLane going off on Howie again

I’m not sure their 2021, 2022 and 2023 1 would be enough.

The refs stole one from us vs Cleveland.

Cox stripped Mayfield last week. I believe Singleton recovered.

Hard to ignore such an obvious narrative.

Packers have a better defense I think so that'll be difficult to watch as well

The only chance Lurie has of getting the offensive mastermind type of coach he covets is to give the coach the power to bench Carson Wentz. Otherwise, he's gonna end up with an Arthur Smith type (which might be good, who knows).
