The rams are going on the road from WC to EC. The eagles always bounce back after a loss.. The odd makers sees the eagles as the better team. Winning this game isn't a upset, the eagles should win. The eagles are picked to win. The eagles are the better team.

Hopefully him and Scott share the RB 2 role. I can’t imagine Sanders is 100% and will see 30 touches today. I'd cut Clement tomorrow. I don't know what happened with his 2-3 seemingly surmountable injuries, but he looks like a 38 year old RB who should have retired 8 years ago.

Either way they need to get the run game going. If Sanders isn’t ready for a full workload, figure out what you have in him.

September 20, 20204 yr Just thinking... Who does this fanbase overrate the most? Greg Ward or Boston Scott? One’s a poor man’s Sproles while the other is here just because he’s one of two WRs on the team who can be trusted to run a 3 yard out route and actually catch it.

Some think he’s Julian Edelman.
September 20, 20204 yr Eagles receivers will be fine. It's going to take time to train the new recruits. Put it this way. They're going to be MILES better than Freddie Mercury and Pinky Dinky Doo. Get Smahter everyday. Another PSU guy hits the active. Now in Non Iggles Newz.
September 20, 20204 yr Spuds just said the crowd noise they will pump in today is recorded from the 2017 Divisional playoff win vs Atlanta. So on the first big play, close your eyes and imagine Julio Jones not catching a game winning TD over our starting safety.
September 20, 20204 yr Have avoided this place since last week's loss. Pretty sure I know the mood and the general line of conversation. Didn't want to deal with that. Assuming we're still doing picks, I'm going with Eagles 26 Rams 13 @In2football if you're the one doing this, please take note. Hopefully we'll win today and I'll feel like participating again.

And believe me you'll be loving Julio a little bit later this afternoon. Have a great day.

The drop in ratings already has incorporated the streamers. But I'd argue there's two more points that show how much the viewership has dropped. First, there's approximately one million people that would have been at the games Week 1. Those one million people were instead at home watching on TV. That's a built-in bump in ratings. Secondly, and I'd argue more significantly, the NFL has changed the way they calculate viewership this year. For the first time, they now add additional viewers based on those at bars, restaurants, gyms, and airports. How do they calculate how many people are watching at these places? Who knows. The fact of the matter is that no matter how much random Twitter ideologues state otherwise, the NFL has a viewership problem.

Scott can be a weapon and an asset in a properly limited role. Ward is just someone who has poor movement, poor frame, stands in the right place, and reliably catches the football when you put it right on him. That may make him our 2nd or 3rd best wr (or best last year), but it doesn’t make him someone who helps you win when he’s on the field. He’s a practice squad talent.

It’s actually somewhat admirable. That being said, the first guy I’d think is his former teammate, Favre. As an Eagle fan, who would I rather face in the playoffs? Favre, no doubt. It continues to surprise me how often people have difficulty with the abstract where two seemingly opposing points of view can be true at the same time. Tom Brady is elite - I'm sure I will get no argument there. Tom Brady is extremely over rated. I totally understand Eagle45 regarding Rodgers and I agree.

Scott hasn't proved that he's on the same level as Sproles but at least Ward has proven he can catch. So my vote is for Scott being overrated

I don't know that Mark Sanchez was ever under rated - in fact I think it's fair to say at some point he was over rated. AJ Feeley was a gamer. But terrible in practice. He got the starter spot in college because the guy in front of him was injured. He held on to the starter spot because he played so well. He lost the starter spot when he was injured and was unable to win it back. In his defense there his injury replacement was Joey Harrington who played well enough at Oregon to be the 3rd overall pick (despite sucking in the NFL). I like to compare Kevin Kolb to an elite level boxer with a terrible glass jaw. Kolb suffered from concussions early and often which ultimately drove him from the NFL.
September 20, 20204 yr Just now, ManuManu said: I think elite players can be overrated. Brett Favre and Emmitt Smith are great examples. Favre excelled in a different era and stuck around long enough to co-exist with comps in a new one. I'd never want a Brett Favre as my franchise qb right now, but in 1995? It's a different fit.
