Cortez Kennedy has a 104% and has been retired since 2000. That's whats going to hurt Cox most IMO, is he is going to get backlogged behind guys that will slowly go in first, and in the meantime others will jump him.

Adams might be the best route runner in the game and for awhile he was the only respectable pass catching option in GB and still cannot be stopped. He hasn’t been in the league that long and is already top 5 receptions in GB history. You trying to suggest he isn’t top 5 top in today’s game is just laughable.

You guys need to get over the "Fire Howie" He will NOT be fired. He might get the GM title dropped from his roles but he will still be the Executive Vice President.

Howie will not be flat out fired. He has pictures of Lurie cross dressing with a midget on roller skates in a tutu and a stud horse in a wedding dress in the middle of the Lincoln Financial Field dancing to It's Raining Men. Howie is safe.

One good year doesn't make him one of the top 5 at his position when other players have been doing it with far worse QB play for years.

By that logic Carson Wentz is still a top QB in the league for having one elite season and a couple of okay ones.

Cool. The game caters to offense. I'd imagine a lot of receivers will be posting gaudy numbers. Just like how QBs throwing for 4000 yards was unheard of and now it's common.

I actually read the list wrong, now that I look it at more. Kennedy is already in. 5 guys are currently ahead of Cox, 3 who are still playing (Donald, Suh, Atkins). 

BGN did a bit on Howies drafting. We rank 2nd to last from 2015 til 2019. Only ahead of the Jets. LOL.

He's eclipsed 1000 yards one time in six years prior to this season. He has the best QB in the league (one of) throwing him the football. I'm not saying he isn't a good player. I'm saying he's not one of the best (as in top 5) in the game. 

In 9 starts, Adams has:

74/908/12.3 and 11 TDs 

For comparison, Justin Jefferson in 8 starts (11 games) has:

52/918/17.7 and 6 TDs 

One has Aaron Rodgers. One is a rookie on a team that likes to run the ball and has Kirk Cousins as a QB. 

Is Jefferson a top 5 WR? Is he even in the discussion? No?

Then neither is Adams.

Yes, it is. I'm not saying Adams isn't better. I'm saying the fact that one is rookie on a terrible team and is putting up similar numbers on a similar snap count shows the argument that Adams being top 5 is false. It has nothing to do with him not being good. He is. Some people have him at 3. Is Jefferson top 5, too? No.

Yes, I am aware. He didn't play in the games though and is constantly nicked up. Why should he get a pass for that?
