So that entire post was a "hypothetical" in "assuming" he was "right".  Which I doubt.  Jeffery Lurie has been an exceptional owner who has always come across as caring about his coaches and his team....and he's a smart guy.  I doubt he would place "all the blame" on the coaching.

Well, like I said, everyone in the organization (from Lurie down to the laundry dude) shares a part in this crap fest of a season.

Lurie for forcing Doug to fire his coaches and foisting this bizzaro world "everybody and their uncle has a say in the offense, but there's no OC".  

Howie for failing to put a decent roster together and have any salary cap flexibility to fix it this upcoming offseason.

Doug and every coach... for failing to put the best players in the position to be at their best.  Just a bunch of square pegs in round holes.

Carson and every player for playing like they've never played the game before, only Mailata can say that.

I don't think we would be selecting another WR for a long time. Chase is just that good. This would help with evaluating who the qb will be going forward. Zero excuses. I like Fulgam but I'm very worried about Reagor being gagdet player. Every year a practice squad guy is our number 1 guy. Lol

I would love a lineman but I don't think they will be bpa. I think we are going to into multi-year rebuild. Mostly due to Howie. 

 

If the Titans somehow get the onside they could win this when they were down 38-7

Well, this is why I am firmly on the boat with... I'd seriously consider a trade back.  for a variety of reasons. 

1 - they need help and to get younger at just about every position... and whenever they draft, just about any where they end up in the draft order, the BPA on the big board is likely a player that fits a need.  Hopefully that player fits the new system.

2 - This has been a weird and wacky NCAA season.  So, getting some bonus picks for the 2022, after the new front office brings in their scouts and implements their system.

 

 

First play - Run goes for 6 yards.   

I love that 12 personnel with Alshon at WR.  Cutting edge offense.

Second play - Run goes for 3 more.  (I think he got the first, but whatever).
