Retweet under Jalen Hurts, like under Carson Wentz.  Fletcher Cox liked, not retweeted.

Well Cox isn't playing WR so.

So... complicated.  Whatever happened to just passing a note in study hall?

Anyone else feel this team is going into the dark ages? A bunch of 4 win seasons over the next few years

Depending on what happens to the f.o. and coaching staff.

And yet once things started going south again you decided to jump off and then go into a rant about how we should’ve traded Carson Wentz for three first round picks and kept Nick Foles. So you really didn’t admit you were wrong. you just bullshitted yourself through the four games and as soon as it went bad again. Here we are. So you really didn’t amid it you just went with it until it went in your favor again and then went back to your original points

Are the two mutually exclusive?

I can't think Wentz is doing a great job but still believe it would have been better (for the team all around) had we traded Wentz and kept Foles?

So I got a lot of pushback suggesting that Wentz cratering would make this job less attractive than some of the other openings, but how attractive is this job of Howie is still in charge?

Twitter for dummies ( not saying that you are ), it was a poll, and Cox chose Wentz.

I am... thanks for the translation...

I don't care what the "story says" I am going by official NFL rules, do you not understand that?

Dude, you are being obtuse.  The Chiefs tagged Ford, the reports initially said it was with the intention of trading him, then they traded him.  There was no penalty from the league for it and it was totally transparent.  Same with Clowney, Frank Clark, Landon Collins.

The Chiefs had placed the franchise tag on Ford last week, with the intention of trying to trade him, as reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter.

I'd play him over Alshon

That, in and of itself, is an issue.  If that's what is happening, then that's a split locker room.

Maybe. When it comes to athletes and social media, I think the majority don’t even understand the ramifications of what they do or even think about how their actions can be interpreted.

Nope, seasons officially over. Doug said it himself, cant make a QB switch without telling the locker room the season is finished.

I was being sarcastic.

Of course I think my "hypothetical scenarios" could be true.  That's why we post them, isn't it?

Do you post hypothetical scenarios that you think are wrong?

Yeah I have. I posted it when I post my good the bad and the ugly. I put in there before. I was wrong. If we have the old board up I had two of them last year. One about sanders and one about Greg Ward. I also believe one about  seumalo. I clearly put out there that I was wrong about. This year In that I admitted I was wrong about Jordin mailata and that the experiment they might want to move on from it because it didn’t look good in training camp.

Furthermore when you tell people they are wrong with their hypotheticals. Yet you really have no proof to say that they’re wrong. Yet you have no proof on your own hypotheticals that could be false or true  but act as if you were correct. So you’re very willing to tell people the wrong but you don’t actually have information to prove that they’re ultimately wrong.

Foles has failed 3 times as the starter, including once in Philly, and lost his job to injury / poor play every time.

If Howie comes back... yes.

If they clean house completely, the optimist in me believes good things could come quickly.   But, I'm usually wrong when I listen to the optimist in me regarding this team.

That excuse was over years ago.  These athletes know exactly what they are doing when they do it especially a person like Cox.

Less attractive but people that want a shot will take it.

You and I trending alike a lot right now.

Depends on what they do. It’s not that hard to turn a team around in the NFL.

We has this silly debate 2-3 years ago I believe?  And we went through similar scenarios.  And at the time it was technically "not legal" to tag a player with intention to trade him.

And we both agreed that although it's technically not legal it still happens because it's nearly impossible to prove.  Do you not remember that?

It is one of 32... but it is one where you have a puppet master.   So, you get milquetoast coaches, not the hottest ego driven maniac...

Which is I think a better than 50/50 chance of coming to fruition ....

The experienced NFL coaches and coordinators with NFL contacts, who know the behind-the-scenes of what Doug has been dealing with might turn down the opportunity to be interviewed.

It will be less attractive to a vet coach but it is still one of 32 jobs that if people want to work will not pass up.  And I think alot will depend on the Wentz situation.  If Doug is let go and I am coming into an interview that is the first situation I would ask about and I would do my own homework on Wentz and his problems this year before I came to the interview.  If the Eagles have a top 10 pick and Wentz is leaving and Hurts looks lots it will be a hard sell to a good coach.

Likely true.... same with most of those that are constantly on it.

I don't think Howie is going anywhere. Doug will be the fall-guy.

I think you misread my post.

I said do you post hypothetical scenarios that you think are wrong (As in when you actually make the initial post)
