Wentz isn't going to act like an arse because that's not the kind of guy he is. Doug on the other hand is a big dewsh bag. Howie is a clueless schmuck. Or did I get the last two backward.

Just to be safe call them both clueless big dewshy schmucks, cover all your bases!

Not from me.  Howie stays, I go.  And I think a good part of the fanbase will also lose interest quickly... Jeffery's worst nightmare... apathy.

Yep. Better things to do with my life

Taylor was pick #104, uh, how many sure things are on the board at that point, how many of the next 20 picked after him are starting as rookies?  Most draft picks don't make significant contributions until their 2nd or 3rd season.  Get a grip.

Tyre Phillips - starting RG for the Ravens. Would have been useful here.

Akeem Davis Gaither - spot starter for the Bengals/4th LB. Would have been useful here

John Simpson - spot starter G for Raiders/top backup. Would have been useful here.

Darnay Holmes - starting Nickel CB for Giants, wouldn't be useful here at all, but still having a decent rookie year

Solomon Kindley - starting RG for Dolphins. Would have been useful here.

Troy Pride Jr - CB on Panthers. Not the starter but playing around 59% of the defensive snaps. Would have been useful here.

And that's just the next 10 picked after him.

I’ve actually attended a few including the only one that was open to the public. What’s your point?

Great.  Now share exactly what you saw that makes you say he was acting like an a-hole.  Please be as specific as possible.

Negative.  Those of us on the Jefferson train had to hear he is a slot receiver, not fast enough, blah, blah, blah.

I will remind folks every time it is warranted.

Dude... I was the conductor of that locomotive... it kills me every time its brought up.

Thoughts:

Talk about trading Wentz is crazy, look how many top 5 draft picks QBs flop, this is a guy who had three solid seasons in a deteriorating situation, then goes into a funk with trash around him this year. You don't give up on him, you bring in a new HC, OC and QB coach. Hurts has to show he can be an above average QB before you can even consider a controversy, Wentz's upside is still top ten, maybe top 5.

We knew this was inevitable, i think Howie just hoped for one more season in a weak division, had the division been stronger, he might have blown it up this season. But get a veteran team to the playoffs and anything can happen.

Reagor was a project, like most spread WRs coming out of college, JJAW is more disturbing as a draft pick b/c he should have been easier to project.

The Eagles need a new GM first and foremost.

Looked like an ACL or MCL knee injury.

I'd guess MCL. I think he would have been ruled out of the game fairly quickly if it was ACL. From what I remember he was questionable for awhile.

It’s bs because you guys say it is?

Well since you don't have anything to base it on, it is because you say it is.

Me saying he acts like an a hole at practice has nothing to do with me attending any practices since you want to be a smart ass. It was based on things I read about him and imo it seems he isn’t very well liked by a lot of players or Doug for that matter. This is evident to me as it appears the team seems to respond better when he’s not playing

I'm tempted to add to my ignore list and it is not even game day.

I missed that Foles quote too.

And yet Guys like Kelce come out basically in support of Wentz?

DO I think there are a player or two that doesn't like Wentz for whatever the reason? Sure, same as fans, Some fans NEVER liked him, for what ever reason, him being a Midwesterner Christian or whatever.

DO I think most of the team Likes Wentz and respects him? YES

Gotcha.  So, nothing you actually saw... just the Alshon stuff.  Got it.

He should have as much clout as anyone in that building... and more than just about all of them.  He's never been one to mince words, even as a rookie.  And when I hear what Jason says, I listen and believe every word he says.

Eagles need more of these guys. This is what a Leader looks and acts like.

Oh Joy Dave Spadaro ls coming on the fantasy football station on Sirius XM. I really look forward to seeing The spin he comes with

Oh cool it took Kelce 14 weeks to say something about a guy who hasn’t played well since last year. Has anybody else said anything that isn’t super generic "oh that’s our qb and we all share blame.” Has ertz said anything? Isn’t that his best friend that guys been awfully quiet..... And please don’t mention fletcher cox retweeting on Twitter who the starter should be because half the guys in here don’t even know how Twitter works.

That was a great day to watch a game from home.  You knew you weren't going anywhere.  Just get snowed in, watch a great game.

Ah yes, so despite evidence to the contrary, we'll just run with your made up narrative. That makes perfect sense. Where's the men in the white coats when you need them?

I always trust a man with the guts to put his name to something... or to say it in front of people, with cameras on.

Assuming the Eagles lose Sunday, they can only improve their draft position as Dallas plays Cincy.

As gross as it is....here's to hoping Dallas wins out!

It was all in good fun. The one part that broke me was Tra saying "anytime you hit the ground just throw that hand up. "And then a Hero comes along" Jordan Mailata will run over to you in slow motion."

He also said he thinks Mailata is playing and developing well enough to be the LT of the future. Needs to work on some thing but he see's the potential there and is impressed.

Thanks for the heads up on the podcast. Just listened to it. Those guys are hilarious.

Buy Elijah Holyfield. He's unstoppable and the Eagles LOVE him.

Yea, its a good listen. They have one episode per week. Gives a unique perspective to todays game from some former players. They also have some hilarious stories from their playing days.

Dave what do you think this switch could mean: i don’t know could he Bledsoe passing the torch to brady. They could go onto win the next 4 games and win the nfc East. I don’t know what could happen.
