Do you think we'll get to the Browns and Jets level of bad? Or do you think we already are?

We could have ten straight losing years and were still not at the Jets/Browns level

You would be welcome. Next up is wild boar in North Carolina. Providing it doesn't get covid canceled in March.

Guy that drives my father-in-law around down in Texas catches the wild pigs in traps. Sells some but at a certain size the meat processor won’t take them. Those he butchers and then he cooks.  His ribs, hams, pulled pork, etc. are awesome. He smokes and barbecues.  He has a small smoke house.  He pens the pigs and gives them feed for a few weeks before he butchers.  Fresh and better than most pork you get in the store.  Tends to be leaner.

I assume you are referring to feral hogs of either sex when you say boar and not a boar v sow differentiation. Got to castrate that boar really fast after the kill or the meat is not good from my experience.   The feral hogs in eastern NC are like the ones in East Texas. They have been wild so long they really are wild pigs.   Mean as can be and destructive as hell. A real nuisance.  One of the worst invasive species there is.

I have no idea who these people are

Seymour played at USC.  Fast but stiff and a twig.  (Sydney Jones sized).  Out of football until we signed him to the PS last week since TC in 2019.

Houston is one of our collection of Baylor DBs.  Meh.

Smith is out of FAU last spring   Yet another SS sized LB.   Recall him from watching C-USA but reminds me of all those lightweight LBs in that conference.  With Bears in offseason then cut, signed by the cowpads but then cut and signed to the Eagles PS. My guess is he and Houston play STs if at all.

Never considered that was an issue, but I guess it would be roughly the same as any other organs... just isn't good to have.   I suppose the castration would just be part of the field dressing process.

I love learning obscure things on the blog.

David Akers son is the punter for UCLA.  Didn't know that.

Jerry Rice's son is a WR for Colorado.
Asante Samuel's son might be a great 2nd round pick for this team.

I'm old.

He had a great game today too.  Shoot, even talking about Pat Surtain Jr. and Asante Samuel Jr. in the draft.  Their dads were the generation I really grew up watching, playing Madden and using them.

I grew up watching Rice.  I must be older than you.

Wow. I thought all of those draft mocks were just joking when they said Asante Samuel. He's got a kid that's already a draft prospect?

Isn't he just a Freshman?

I haven't a clue. I don't watch college ball. Just seen the name in some of the mocks in here

He just opted out to prepare for the draft.

There is another 'Nole that might be interesting for the Eagles. Hamsah Nasirildeen is a 6'4" S - might be a nice piece to match up against TEs.

We already have Reagor, let’s get Samuel Jr and Akers kid on board. This is like a bad 2020 reboot of a 2000’s sitcom.

If you ask my wife, I haven’t grown up yet.   So I guess I grew up watching Hurts and Reagor.

Everyone should be taking a look at Devonta Smith as WR1 in the draft. He just needs to gain a little weight. He could be better than Chase. Already a better route runner.

Hurts played with him I believe in Bama.

No. Too small.  Already a bit small at WR.

George Blanda as a QB and then a kicker.

Chiefs roll with diminutive WRs.  The Warner Rams, which ushered in the modern era of nfl offense, had small WRs.

I wouldn’t worry about the size of our WRs, especially considering how egregiously we overuse our TEs.

Samuel Jr is on my board as a day two pick.  Doesn’t have the ball skills of his dad, though. Rice is looking good for the Buffaloes. Really a fan of Surtain.  Looks better than his dad.

Two defenses we play in our division favor press coverage.  I would prefer one larger WR.  That might be Fulgham as a slot.
