Maybe Aaron Rodgers offered to help Wentz with his mechanics in the offseason.  That's what he said to him after the game.

Seriously thought, does Wentz work with any QB coaches in the offseason?  I'm pretty sure even Brady does at this stage of his career.

If the Eagles do intend on continuing to invest in this obvious sunk cost, they better bring in an absolute bulldog at QB coach next year.

Kind of couldn't this offseason with the whole pandemic...

Past tense, not future tense.  His $34M for next season is a done deal.

Unless Hurts looks good in these last four games, I don’t think there’s any QB controversy heading into the offseason. Wentz will be the starter.

Do you think we'll get to the Browns and Jets level of bad? Or do you think we already are?

This year I'd gladly take the Browns level of bad. Historically? Yeah Browns and Jets have been pretty sorry.

I remember he did before his 2017 year, just forget who. I don’t remember hearing about anything recently. He should hire Jordan Palmer this offseason.

Lurie will see to it.  Wouldn't be surprised if he meets with Wentz personally after the season.

I'm sure Lurie will have lots of good pointers on QB mechanics.

Get them

Malcolm Jenkins being on the Saints makes them even more unlikeable. Not gonna lie, watching him get toasted in an Eagles uniform was always a somewhat win to me.

Yup. He basically has to play like Dak Prescott out of the gate to make it a competition.

@In2football

Eagles 24, Saints 20.

Taysom Hill is trash. Jalen Hurts will have some semblance of chemistry with his players. This season is chaos so of course the Eagles win.

Go Bengals

This is like when Chip took full control and Lurie let him dig his own grave.

If Doug switches for the rest of the season and its bad,  Doug is fired.

This is the right approach.

27-10 Saints

The best part of Hurts playing well to finish the season is maybe the Eagles could get their 2nd round pick back

Watching one of our team leaders get beat was good for you? Are you even an Eagles fan?

This will probably be the game where Sanders gets 20+ touches and the offense looks its best all season.

Doubt it. Maybe if it were the Cowboys or some other trash D, Saints are legit

That's a good point. If Howie is doing the best he can to implement Lurie's desires, he cannot be held responsible for the mess the Eagles find themselves in.

Everyone point at Jeff.

Guess not.

I want to pile on Howie as much as the next guy, but here's a prediction: Justin Jefferson's career best year will be his rookie year.

That said, his rookie year is better than any season by a WR the Eagles have drafted since 2009.
