Doug's biggest issue with his philosophy is that he wants to have 25 play scoring drives every possession. That's why you get these stalled drives of 15 plays for 45 yards. There is zero attack in this offense and any sort of penalty or loss of yardage kills the possession.

Once upon a time, this offense with Doug was aggressive and they got a lot of chunk plays... Time has not been kind.
