I think so too. Not saying it will happen, but I could see a realistic scenario where Smith becomes first receiver drafted. Just because he’s played this year and put up an incredible season, and Chase opted out.

Hurts looks a lot like a 2nd year Donovan McNabb... with a bit more accuracy... in this game.

Seems like Hurts might be a better passer me if so it will make him more lethal. Of course we are getting ahead of our selves. 

Im sure this game isnt gonna bring people around on the Hurts pick. But some hated the pick because its a backup QB in round 2 which seems crazy. Others questioned his actual ability as a QB. Those people should be opening their eyes. This is not bad at all for a 1st NFL game, against a really hot defense, with an offense that has looked completely broken all year. 

If he continues this through the rest of the year, you can either trade him, or Wentz for a 1st round pick and more.

We'll see.  Both Hurts and the offense need to evolve.  

We've seen this movie 100 times with various teams, including our Eagles.  If you rely too much on a QB's legs, both from the standpoint of the overall offense and the QB's development, it can be a nice show for a while, but it comes crashing down.

So many guys like Elliot that we owe so much cash thanks to for the Super Bowl, but have to go.

I believe we take a cap hit if he’s cut. But, not positive.
