Hurts can't stand in a pocket. He makes one read and if it isn't vthere it's time to run. Wentz is a QB that sometimes has to run. Hurts is a RB that sometimes has to throw.

The solution may not be to keep Wentz but it’s sure as hell not to keep the same coaches that have kept running the same schemes and concepts that have failed week after week.  

Every NFL team has "misses" and unfortunately JJAW appears to be a "miss" at this time.  I wasn't thrilled with them picking him...I was a DK Metcalf guy.  That doesn't mean he didn't draft a WR there.  He also drafted Miles Sanders in the same draft.  Huge win there.  He went on to draft Reagor in the 1st this year and an additional 2 other WR's (Hightower & Watkins).  Plus how many offensive linemen has Howie drafted?   (Mailata, Herbig, Driscoll, Dillard) How about Dallas Goedert?  How about Fulgham? All those picks/UDFA's were made to "help Wentz".

And how much better would some of these guys "looked" had we had good QB play this year?  Ask yourself that question.

Yet another BS excuse.  It wasn't Alshon not putting in effort, it was carson throwing a piss poor pass where Alshon mistimed his jump.

OTOH Hurts threw a pinpoint accurate back shoulder throw which enabled Alshon to make an easy TD catch.

Yeah over 400 yards offense against the best defense in the NFL.  No difference from the big time numbers Carson was putting up!
