They don't want to believe this

Yes. From the 2nd rounder to not helping Wentz out when he started struggling in the beginning. Bringing Peters back. Taking Fulgham out and putting Alshon in. Not running the ball. There's so many things they could have done to help their franchise QB

Poll currently running in the yes.

That’s because we are behind all game because Carson is misfiring.  When you’re behind you have to pass more to try to catch up.

False.

Seahawks game, 1st and 5 after a penalty, scoreless game, Doug called pass, pass, pass.  Would you like me to do an analysis of play calls when tied or the Eagles are leading ??

So James Bradberry was put on COVID list and is out. Daniel Jones and Alex Smith will probably be out.

We're probably winning the division. ffs.

What are you talking about? Every since Wentz was benched all the talk is how the play calling is better with Hurts and how Doug is now using the right players in set plays. The lengths people will go to protect the guy is crazy.

This doesn't have to be sabotage.  It could be that Doug is just an idiot, which the exact point I'm trying to make.

Just for fun and to break up the idea that DJack back next year is a good idea no matter the cost (it isn't by the way)

If you had to pick a scenario

A. Howie, DP, Wentz gone or

B. Howie, DP, Wentz back but Hurts traded for a 1st?

C. Howie and Doug gone. Wentz and Hurts stay for now

I’d include the analysis of when in the lead, tied and one possession game. Those are times where you can still run the ball.

Agreed with the bolded, but I still think he's an idiot for thinking that.  While Wentz is clearly not as mobile as he was before his knee injury, there are plenty of QBs that aren't mobile at all that have also proven to be much more successful rolling out with a moving pocket.  Baker Mayfield and Goff immediately come to mind.

While I would love it if Wentz could develop into a better pocket passer, that thinking is what got him murdered this season.

Well, that thinking and a terrible o line, and the refusal to run the ball.

I don't want to make him look to bad, will go with just tied and lead.

He has 45 passed, 25 runs and 1 reception.  81 touches, 4 fumbles.  I every 20.25 touches.

Theoretically, the QB touches the ball on every snap.

Carson's last 4 games, 25:75 run pass ratio.

Why do you guys keep arguing with these people? They are either blind or they just want to push an agenda.

I stand corrected sir.

Doug gave that excuse in a PC before the Hawks game too lol

Is Wentz a mental midget

Former NFL QB Dan Orlovsky said he is hearing there is "built up animosity" between Wentz and the Eagles and the only person he trusts in the NFL is Colts head coach Frank Reich

Why does that make him a mental midget?

This Wentz fanfic is getting creepy

You're not a big believer in the whole Jason Peters relationship with Lurie conspiracy thing?  Or that he was involved in forcing Doug's hand to make coaching changes a day after DP said he wouldn't?  You think Howie has the clout to force Doug to do all of that on his own?  I don't.  No chance Howie is pulling those kind of strings.   Not without Lurie's input or control.

I really don’t... you may be right. But, Howie and Doug just may be that soft too.

Wentz was always going to be in a tough position after SB52. Simple as that. Half the team wanted Foles. On top of that pressure, he’s had little help around him. Coaching changes that have hurt the offense. They draft a QB in the 2nd when he could use more help.

Of course Wentz is frustrated with the team. How could he not be?

It's trendy to bash Wentz

If I had Doug as a coach and Howie as a gm. I would have issues as a qb as well.

And please let’s not get into all of the questionable 4th down decisions or personnel (playing time) issues.

You don’t need to.

What are you talking about totally justifiable to call a fade pass to Hakeem butler in the end zone on fourth down when he’s only been on the team for like a week...

This clip makes me want to jump off a bridge.  I've been thinking about it for the last few days.

More concerned with going for it all the time like it's the 2017 team
