Older folks than me would point to the Giants as the bigger rivalry.

Traditionally, they are our biggest rival.

Regardless of how some fans feel about playing DJax (or any other player that qualifies) the Eagles will start and/or play the players that give them the best opportunity to win.   They're not suiting up every week to get better draft picks or to see if a younger guy "looks good".  As Kelce said this past week, they play the games on Sunday to win.

DJ hasn't helped us win since week 1 last year. He's done nothing in any other game he's managed to suit up for since.

Lions look good.

I notice you conveniently forgot to address the Colts player who DANCES A JIG when he finds out the Colts are NOT interested in Wentz.

Just like you never addressed the former Steeler pumping his fist at the idea of them getting Wentz.

But like I said

They literally have an analytics staffer calling plays on defense today. They're missing 5 coaches today from COVID, but still...

8 WRs on the team. Impressive roster management

This is a joke. Teams don't roll with roster management like this. They are so attached to old vets.

It is so obvious someone is trying to save their job. All the fans have to suffer for it.

We are being run like one of the worst teams in the league.

Well, I would cut them some slack but it looks like they gave up in the 2nd Quarter. Plus, they’ve sucked for decades.
I would like to see Stafford in another uniform.

We are.

Right.  Because 7th round draft pick DE's generally start their rookie years. :showoff:

And if DJax gets hurt whenever he touches the ball why is anyone complaining? If that's true then he won't be playing much tomorrow, will he?

Yes.  In weeks 16 and 17 when your team blows, you start the kids.  That’s different from expecting a 7th round pick to start as a rookie.

If only 1 of them could... you know... actually play.

Because having him active means a young WR won't be.    Is it really that complicated?

And this is why Djax is so dangerous.  Defenses respect his presence period.  In the last Giants game, he was drawing multiple defenders.   If he plays, Dallas will have to be concerned about Him, Jalen, Miles defensively all game which could open it up  for our young Guns at WR.   Look, like everyone I wish Desean was healthy but that Giants game wasn't his fault.    We all know what Djax can do when he's healthy.   These last two seasons haven't been the best but I still believe he can contribute.

I hope he’s off the roster in 2 weeks to be honest ... the Eagles have been way to sentimental the last couple years. It’s over.

Yeah, it's a pitiful performance.

Agreed on Stafford. He's one of my favorite QBs in the league.

He’s been floundering around there for a decade. His biggest problem is he can’t play defense.

Turns out AB was right. He did make JuJu what he was. Ever since he left, JuJu has had only 1 100 yard game in 2 years.

I’m fairness big Ben got hurt last year and they had garbage at QB. This year Big Ben came back from his elbow and hasn’t thrown the ball as well as he used too. Frankly i think he’s done after this year. That said juju also hasn’t looked as good which isn’t surprising as AB before he went nuts was one of the best WRs in the league. Definitely was going to be a drop off however how dramatic his drop off stems more from the Steelers QB situation the last two years has been underwhelming.

Depends where he goes.

Let's say Jacksonville gets the #1 pick and they take Lawrence.  Maybe the Jets or another team arent sold on Fields or Wilson.  What if they want Wentz and trade for him.  Then he'll be right back to a crappy organization with no talent around him.

If Wentz goes to a team that already has talent and a good coaching staff then he will probably do well.  But the Eagles can trade him to a bad team if they choose.  All depends where he goes.

I was under the impression Wentz essentially has to like where he's headed to because he'd need to agree to the restructure of his contract in order for him to be traded in the first place

Foles left the Eagles and got big money from the Rams

Someone thought he was pretty special.

Yes he was so special they benched him not long into his first season with the Rams.

The Rams, just like alot of fans, failed to see that 27-2 season was a mirage.  It was a great year for him, 7 TD game and all.  But he was never close to that again.

USC receivers.......overrated.

We should know😄

We have 4 young WRs: Fulgham/Hightower/Watkins/Reagor. Should we playing all over 100% of the time? No. Ward has earned his snaps all year long. I may think Ward is a JAG, but he's coming off a 2 TD game and does what he's asked to do. Taking snaps away from Watkins/Hightower/Reagor for DeSean is just...ugh. Not only are we not giving them valuable reps, there's no guarantee DeSean is better! He played about 50-60% of the snaps in the Giants game when he returned from injury the first time. There's a chance he's out there 50% of the time again.

If we use 11 personnel more, we might actually be playing Ertz/Jeffrey/Jackson/Ward at the same time.

And then requested a release when the team drafted a QB and he wasn’t the guy anymore.

But only Wentz is soft and mentally weak.

Tampa clinches a playoff spot. Makes week 17 vs Atlanta a little less significant for them. How that might end up mattering?

If the Eagles lose out, they'll need Atlanta to win one more game to get ahead another draft spot. Atlanta plays KC this week, so forget about that.

Yeah, I want Ja'Marr Chase that badly, to where I'm calculating this crap in my head to this degree.

That's ok. They want to forget that Hurts transferred to OSU after being beaten out by a freshman. But he's not soft.

Were you one of the idiots last week dancing on Hurts's grave when they were down 16-0?

Obviously not. Your blatantly distorted comparison suggests an undying devotion to Wentz.
