Better O-Line certainly helps...and better QB play (running away from pressure, getting rid of the ball, etc etc) also makes the offensive line look and play better.  

Did DeSean retire after his TD?

Hurts is more decisive than Wentz, and is much better at working the pocket. A lot of sacks were on Wentz, not just the OL.
