Howie has his own issues.  Doug has his.  They ALL need to go.

 

Bad roster before the season.  Bad contracts for years.  See my post above.  That's just a few of the issues that are 100% Howie.

The number of false starts and off sides this season are fireable alone.

You could make the argument that with a better roster the team has an extra win or 2. (Huge stretch to defend Doug this way)  There's no absolving Howie at this point though.

This game has kind of proved that whoever the poor chump at QB is, the rest of the team isn't good enough to play a whole 4 quarters of football without doing something stupid.

Sure.  A better roster might equal 2 more wins... still mediocre.  

 

Of course, better game and team management might also win 2 more wins.   Fade pattern in the end zone to Hakeem Butler on his first snap?

Nice to see the flanker screens aren't going to Ward anymore.  It only took 12 weeks to figure that out.
