    Reagor with an actual punt return. Dave Fipp didn't use him all game despite a heavy WR rotation.

    RIght.  The ball was on the 3/4 yardline.  I'll look at it again later but I'm 90% sure the entire ball was out when his knee hit

    I think he may have been down

    That looked like our CB's out there, don't turn your head and give up a PI on an underthrown ball.

    Hurts was down. 

    Hurts might get the benefit of a fraction of a second there... but his ball security is bad, and for a 'running threat' QB... that's an issue.
