The Eagles are the only team in the NFC East that didn't lose their starting QB to injury at any point this season. And they will finish last in the worst division in the history of sports.

If Lurie doesn't make major changes, then enough of directing our ire to Doug and Howie. It needs to be directed toward Lurie. His franchise is a mess and it's his job to right the ship. If he doesn't we're doomed.

If Howie isn't fired at the very least he needs to be demoted and have no say on personnel. If not, Lurie is prioritizing friendships over what's best for his organization.

I wish there was a way to have Jalen Hurts as the #2 QB going forward; I like a lot of what he does.  Unfortunately there’s no way Doug can manage that situation week to week, and a new head coach won’t want that QB carousel
