Point was I'd get anything for Sanders. He's arguably a top 5 running back and he's like 23rd in attempts lol.

So you would trade a top 5 RB for a fifth rounder?

People are blaming the QB after the OL repeatedly put the team behind the sticks + an absurd WR rotation.

Well he's the owner and we aren't so don't know what to tell you?

Really? I didn't know? Thanks Captain O!!!!! Am I allowed to have an opinion on a privately owned message board or will Lurie have me killed?  Hey everyone no opinions on things that you don't really control,  quick shutdown the boards!!!!!

Bring back Wentz, he is our only chance of getting back to looking like an NFL offense again.

Doug can F off immediately

If you want to try talking to me about Jalen Hurts you can F off too.  He was a gimmick and Doug is so lost he couldn't even get 3 full games before NFL coaches exposed him again

Bring in some coaches with an ounce of common sense that know how and when to run the ball, that know not to randomly rotate skill position players constantly, know how to manage a roster without 90% of our team going on IR, and understand how to actually develop a team around a franchise QB which is exactly what Wentz is.

Bring in a coach with a scheme from this century and one who isn't scared of veteran players and this team will magically un-F itself.

For those wanting Doug fired. Be patient. I’d be shocked if Lurie fired Doug any earlier than next Monday. He won us a Super Bowl and has been a good to great coach in his time here. Give him the respect he deserves and let him coach it out.

Nah, but don't worry it was already pointed out to me that I have no say in the matter.

Yeah no one could have predicted when they signed him to a 3 year deal that they’d only be getting 1 game per year

Basically stole 20 million the last 2 years

And that is one facet of OL issues.  There is the holding, whiffed blocks, etc.

Some in the media are on the Doug keeps his job train, but I can't see it.  No one, apart from Wentz, has been accountable for their bad play and the repeated coaching issues tell a story in itself

Awww I feel so bad

That sucks

There is plenty of blame to go around. As is always the case, we aren’t arguing about the OL because we all agree it was bad. Hurts is a point of contention.

Really, people blaming the quarterback for stuff that isn't his fault? Never heard of that before.

That WR rotation. Yuck.

SMDH

LOL. Another small reason why the team needs a reset

They have to adjust to his cadence ya know.🙄🙄

How many false statts did they have before Hurts took over.

It could be a difference in his cadence.

Nothing another new special advisor couldn’t fix!

List of penalties
- False Start on 3rd & 9 (Pryor)
- False Start on 1st & 10 (Pryor)
- Delay of Game on 4th & 3 (Doug Pederson - Not getting playcall in)
- Holding on 2nd & 10 (Pryor)
- False Start & 3rd & 18 (Seumalo)
- False Start on 2nd & 4 (Seumalo)
- False Start on 4th & 1 (Pryor)

That's brutal for any offense, let alone a rookie QB.

Its because we've used a different OL for damn near every game, and they dont even know what play theyre running until 10 seconds before the snap

Their heads are f'ing spinning and theres too much to process in a short amount of time.  Just imagine if Stoutland wasnt there to back them up.  Imagine the bloodbath.

You can literally go line by line, player by player, and nearly every failure on this team is due to horrible coaching and player management.  Its quite literally the common thread across this entire season of epic failure.

When I get some time later, Im going to give it my best shot to compose a list.   You guys will probably have to help me to remember all of the horrific failures.

And before I forget, how much time did they spend practicing a fake Victory formation statue of liberty play?

Seriously, I want to know how much practice time was devoted to that instead of literally anything else they could have been working on

What?

All season Long we have had these issues:

Oline - The worst in the League - Partly due to injuries and shuffling around, - which is partly due to us relying on old oft injured players, Like JP, Brooks etc.

Wr's = The worst in the league - Partly due to relying on old oft injured players, Alshon & Djax, and Partly due to inability to draft good wr's even when they are staring you in the face(Metcalf, Jefferson as examples) Partly due to inability to coach anyone up.

Penalties= Way too many, undisciplined team

St's = Extremely bad decisions consistently being made in regards to Kick off & Punt returns. Often netting in really bad starting field position (inside own 20)

Your FG kicker has regressed

Lack of Turn overs - Partly due to injuries in the secondary, Partly due to scheme

and worse yet, knowing the deficiencies we have had at Oline and WR, the head coach refuses to commit to a run game, and QB roll outs to help both. Not to mention the insistence of trotting out older players who are taking away from the development of your young talented but raw players (JP over Mailata, Alshon over Fulgham, Hightower and Watkins)

(Injuries- everywhere- for 3 + years- something systemically is wrong)

Thats why it doesn't matter who the QB is. No one can succeed with this team the way it is.

Sorry- this team drafts bad, relies on older oft injured players, lacks development from young, is undisciplined and has bad game planning on all 3 phases.

All involved need to be purged. Sure they probably wont be, but they should be.

Doug ran a dumb, trick play in a meaningless time in the ball game yesterday.

Must have been taking a leak.

Sanders is not a top 5 rb and you can’t build a top offense around him.  That’s just silly.

You must have missed the fake victory formation play before halftime.  Probably because you were so faked out

It worked about as well as the one a couple plays later where Reagor had 4 blockers and 1 defender, and somehow got tackled by that 1 defender with 20 yards of space in any other direction

And I like Reagor, but that whole sequence was an epic cringe

Yup, must have been taking a leak. I usually pause the game but haven't the last couple.

Triggered much?

Didn't realize that Goedert got hurt...again.  That's why we saw so much Ertz in the 2nd half.  At what point do we have to consider Goedert injury prone.  He has yet to not miss a chunk of games since being drafted.  He is going to command top dollar soon.  Is he worth it?

I've been on the trade Ertz bandwagon for a while now.  Maybe they need to look in to trading Goedert.  I think he's a much better tight end than Hayden Hurst.  Let's look at the trade the Falcons made:

Ravens get Falcons 2d and 5th round pick

Falcons get Hurst and Ravens 4th

There's no reason the Eagles can't get a 2nd and change for Goedert. Hurst was 26 when they traded him.  Goedert turns 26 next week.

If they are able to do that then I trade back in round 1, pick up another 2nd and maybe a 5th, then I take Florida TE Kyle Pitts who is a flat out stud who is also tremendous value in the middle of round 1.

That scenario gives you 3 2nd round picks.  That is a ton of ammo to start building a new young core, provided Howie isn't drafting.

You're off the hook of extending Goedert.  Now the question is Zach Ertz.  Does he bring back a 3rd or 4th?  Would he swallow his pride and come back as a #2 tight end?  I think Dick Rod is more than capable as a #2 as well.
