Parsons would be a monster in that Miami scheme. He can blitz and run sideline to sideline. Guys like Parsons aren't available in every draft.

If we lose, very real probability Chase falls to 6.

I had to re-watch it 3-4 times to see what he did because it happened so fast.  Yeah, Smith certainly looked like he snaps his neck forward, basically head butting Mailata.  That said, if the league didn't do anything about the Clowney hit on Wentz last season, I doubt they do anything about that one.

This is different.  There is clear intent here and Mailata isn't the ball carrier.  This was targeting.  They didn't do anything about Clowney because they felt he didn't lead with his helmet and that the clashing of helmets was incidental.  Smith clearly headbutts Mailata so they should do something in this case.  If they don't then the NFL is a joke of a league that only cares about money and has a total disregard for their players' safety.

and if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle.

If he wasnt hurt, if he ran routes correctly, if he had this or if he had that... IF IF IF.

Dude is waterdown cordelle patterson you need to run trick and schemed plays for. Which is great for a later pick(see Christian Kirk) but it's terrible for a top 25 pick

I'm not getting into this with you today.  Trying to explain the nuances of the NFL game to you is like trying to explain it to a 13 year-kid who's going through that "know it all" pre-pubescent stage.

LOL. Another small reason why the team needs a reset

But I thought the OL had gelled and was playing great for Hurts after being awful for Wentz?  That was Wentzcuse #33 before the board crashed!

Nope. You asked why he won't get fired this week. I said the owner doesn't like to do that. You said "So what"? The so what is he's the owner. I mean that's the answer. If you don't like it I can't help you.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a scheme where other teams would be shaking in nervousness if a player who fit fell in to our laps?  What is our scheme?  What is our defensive identity?  We don't have one at all.  It's pathetic.

I just threw up in my mouth

It was past time to get rid of Reid when he finally left him go. It was best for both the Eagles and Reid.

We have both WON Superbowls as a result. That doesn't happen if he kept Reid.

It is time for Doug, Schwartz, and Fipp to go.  It's past time for Howie to be jettisoned.

Curious whats your top 5. and I said arguable so what's your top 8

The main issue is the concept of building an offense around a rb, any rb.....let alone one who has clear durability issues, has not proven to be a 3 down back, and has not produced at a pro bowl level.

Sanders is not a particularly good receiver.  He’s an elusive runner who is underused, part because he can’t stay healthy and the coach protects him and part because the coach isn’t a fan of running.  He doesn’t produce at a top 5 level and all top 5 assertions are projections based on what he might do if used more.

Meh...I’d absolutely trade him if the price were right.

Sanders is not a top 5 rb and you can’t build a top offense around him.  That’s just silly.

Has needed a power complement since day 1.

If it’s Hurts they need to figure out the second half issues ASAP.

28/62  - 365 yards

9 sacks

3 fumbles

2 INTs

Teams figure Hurts out and he has no answers

2 scoring drives on 18 second half possessions.

Henry, Cooks, Kamara, Chubb, Barkley, Jacobs, Jones off the top of my head.

Yeah, maybe...or maybe Reid wins one here.

That said, pretty sure the "grass is greener" comment is referring to the dumpster fire Chip Kelly era...not necessarily what happened after Chip.

Henry, Jones, Kamara, Elliot, Cook, Chubb, Taylor,  Barkley, Mccaffery.

Yet people act like Sanders is some all pro.  If we didn’t have Fulgham on the team running away with it, Sanders would be in contention for most overrated player on the team.

If Lurie wants to get rid of Doug let's do it today. Why wait?

Because he and Howie should leave together, and frankly, because of the SB, I think they deserve to finish the season.

Besides, theres sometimes a bump when replacing a coach, just like when replacing the QB.  Eagles won when Carson was pulled.  We cant afford another win if Doug is fired.  Let him go down with the ship, and clean house Jan 4.

You also have to compete with other franchises, start early avoid the rush

Right now there are at a minimum 8 better WR’s in this class.  I am not seeing a lot that tells me that will change much in year 2.

No! We hardly ever get a chance to get the top talent.

Nope.  They've had the chance and picked other players.

You thought a lot of things, most of which has been hilariously wrong

How are those Hurts-Russel Wilson comparisons working for you?  Good lord....

My Gut tells me we will be drafting 6th.

I believe we lose to Washington.

I also believe:

Ravens beat Bengals

Titans Beat Texans

and Bucs beat Falcons

Which means we stay at 6th.

I don't care what he usually likes to do. Doug needs crap canned today. Howie can follow shortly. Start looking before everyone else.

The new GM needs to make the new hire.  The coach and GM need to be on the same page... these two haven't been.

Well, with Howie as our GM, did we really have the chance?

That WR rotation. Yuck.

Greg Ward... leading them all again.  It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic.
