Meaningless time* in the game. Game wasnt meaningless.

If you think running a trick play on 1st down for 12 yards with 9 seconds left in the half on your own  35 isnt meaningless I cant help you

When else do you run a fake kneel down play? Yesterday was their season so they busted it out. If you can’t see how that makes sense I can’t help you.

Your binky has been getting worse for 3 years in a row leading to this years dumpster fire performance.  You have excuses for 12 games of abject failure by your boy, who is in his 5th season, while frothing at the mouth to finally talk smack when the rookie has one bad game.

This team isn’t run by Carson addicts and lovers like you.  By all means continue indulging delusions that your beloved "franchise qb” will have a glorious comeback here for the next few months until they ship his ass out.  Then it’s time for you to find that Colts board and shell out for that Indy #11 jersey and switch your allegiance.

I have been consistently supportive of Hurts, and I clearly stated exactly what happened.  You can go find the posts if you want.

Sorry your super hot take didnt work out.

Hurts has been what he showed last night from Day 1.  Youre just apparently the last one to see it because you were blinded by a hatred of Carson Wentz.  You actually convinced yourself that he was the biggest problem on the team and some sort of diva.

You and Rex Ryan and Tiki Barber would get along great.  Of course none of you have the slightest idea what youre talking about when it comes to the Eagles but imagine the searing hot takes.

I think Doug is in way over his head.  He's not HC material.   We got lucky for once, the stars aligned and won a SB.  But we need a real HC that can develop these players.  Someone who is proven and knows what he's doing.

As much as I dont care for Schwartz, he has crap to work with in the secondary, outside of Slay.  What do you expect yesterday with Slay and a bunch of nobodies going against 3 really good WRs.  Cox was hurt, Sweat and Barnett didnt play.  Cant really blame Jim.

1st and 10 coming out of halftime

They’d never see it coming.

But that didn't happen in a vacuum. Reid needed a change for his own good. Quite frankly the Chiefs have done far better drafting then we have. If you think Reid wins a Superbowl with the players Howie has been drafting? Not likely.

We won because the 2017 team had chemistry in both the team and coaching staff. We struck lightning in a bottle.

Reid needed out to heal and grieve with his family.  I wish he could have remained, but he had to have a new home, new surroundings, new places, new faces.

Meant to post this over the weekend but anyone watch the one on one interview on the Eagles app and Eagles.com with Brandon Graham and mike quick. Right around the :30 second mark Graham said something along the line of guys miss sacks so I can get them. That’s nice I guess but when you have the opportunity to get a sack, take it. If he says is true what if Cox for example has a clear shot at the QB but sees Graham coming next to him and gives the play up so he can get it. What if the QB breaks away from Graham and Cox who was the first guy there and it turns into a completion down the field.

It was embarrassing in its futility.  Like everything else we do on offense

I agree with most of this.  2017 was one of those special years.

Curious what their lineup will be next week.

Earlier in the season so it's on tape would be my first response.

And I can promise you if I dug back we can find  a head scratching kneel down Doug has done this year.

Lol. So you don’t have an actual answer. Just a generic "some other time.” Good stuff.

Hurts will start. Same with Sanders, Ertz, Reagor and those guys. Not sure about Cox.

That’s a stupid way to look at it. Odds are it doesn’t work, but if it hits, it could have been a big play. That’s why they did it.

This is like people complaining about the end of the half pass to Reagor, that could have been a huge play if Ward decided to block someone.

You guys are too into your emotions to see plays for what they are.

Wrs should be reagor, fulgham and quez all night

Joe Giglio is a hot take idiot.  Andy's time here was clearly over and he really needed a change of scenery.

Joe Giglio needs a change of scenery.

WR rotation:

With no due respect to Reagor, we have needed a deep threat all year and completely lacked one.  Hightower, overall as a WR, has been terrible...but has shown interesting ability to separate deep, much more so than Reagor.

Earlier in the year, it was all Hightower, all the time as he screwed up all over the field.  Now it’s all Watkins and Hightower is dead to them.

These same coaches will force feed steady opportunities to Alshon and Desean when they are available.

They couldn’t create a more uniform and steady exposure for Hightower/Watkins to get them up to speed than this?

Just pathetic.

He’s a running back!  LOL.  You don’t build around running backs.  They have a very short shelf life.  I’m shocked I even need to explain that.

That doesn't mean you toss them every year or two. I'm shocked I have to explain that.

Lets be completely honest here,

We should have been playing mostly young guys since week 8.  The fact they we tried to stick with JP, Alshon, Djax etc, was just a waste of development time for the guys who will be here next year! We knew after week 6 this team wasn't heading anywhere, hell some of us knew after the Cincy tie.

okay they can both go this week.

I'll drive them both to the airport.  I'll even pack their bags for them, if they want.

Gross.  I hope that its as much a matter of being oblivious as when he's calling plays.

And they could all rotate positions.  You could have Quez and Reagor on the outside clearing out the middle for Fulgham in the slot.  You could have Reagor in the slot doing (The Heavens forbid) crossing routes and you could have Quez in the slot doing go routes down the seem and clearing out space underneath.  You know, what we thought this O was supposed to be:  creating mismatches.  Eh, I guess we were all dreaming.

It's interesting the timing of his comments. He's either campaigning to keep his job or maybe was given some assurances after Hurts two game hot streak.

Its why we need the scheme change. There is absolutely no intelligent plan to help the players succeed

Wouldn't it be nice to have a scheme where other teams would be shaking in nervousness if a player who fit fell in to our laps?  What is our scheme?  What is our defensive identity?  We don't have one at all.  It's pathetic.

Single cover every wideout who is abusing us while only rushing 4 men 95% of the time.
We did have a CB intercept a pass for the 1st time all year so that’s a start.👍
