Lol I doubt I’ll watch, and I am one to normally not miss a game.

Oh I'll watch, not sure why.

If anyone told me the Eagles would be 1-7 after the bye with the 1 win against the Saints.........I would have laughed and laughed and laughed.  Looks like it's gonna happen!

Taysom Hill...

They never should have won that 1, and if not for Brees' injury... they aren't even in that game either.

Green Bay is 16th in points allowed at 23.53.  Only 3 teams give up less than 20 PPG.  Eagles give up 26.5 PPG.  Problem is Eagles only score 21.3 PPG.

Yup. It’s an offensive driven league. As much as i love some of the high end defensive talent in this draft i think offensive talent with a premium pick is the way to with how the league is set up.

Sadly i think the eagles picking at six likely means Sewell and chase are off the board. I see the dolphins either trading out of that pick (team wanting a QB) to continue to add draft capital going forward or take chase/Sewell (Jets are a wild card I’m not 100 percent sold they take a QB at two. I’m not sure they think any are worthy of that pick after Lawrence). I think atlanta would take a QB to be honest. I think Ryan might get dealt to a team like the colts or niners as the they begin their rebuild with a new GM and coach. Then bengals are a wild card. I think they’d prefer to go OL but I’m guessing by 5 Sewell is gone. I don’t see chase as they have Higgins and Boyd. I think they might go corner. To me i don’t expect chase or Sewell to be there at 6. I’d be pleasantly surprised if one did.

I put it out there.  But they don't understand that Hurts fell victim to the exact same thing as Wentz, and his legs couldn't get him out of it.

Hurts' worst game would be one of Wentz's 2-3 best games this year. It's been that kind of year.

Yep.  2 catches on 3 targets for 57 yards makes you the best player on offense.  That in itself really says a lot about how bad this team is.

1 catch was on a broken play... which is fine and all, but not something to build around.

Hate watching. I might mute the commentary and play Yakety Sax on loop for added effect.

That loss by the Saints is going to wind up Fing them over for HFA. They should’ve started brees. Frankly the Saints could’ve beaten the chiefs except brees took 2 quarters to get into a rhythm.

Please quit wanting them so we can bask in the glory of good receivers lol

Sure.   Here's what I'll do... I'll study the WRs... identify the one I want least and start championing that guy.

Consider the source... then find the ignore button.

Ignore doesn't work when everyone quotes everyone non stop.

I did my part and didn't quote anyone.

I would take Sewell in a second.  Hopefully we can then trade Dillard and groom Mailata to play on the right side.

Guaranteed nothing will come from it.

The league will say he was just jumping to shed his block and the heads colliding was just incidental.

What?   When has leaping head first ever been taught to shed a block?

PFF is solid.  It uses the same analytics NFL teams use to evaluate players, etc.

If you say so.

If this remains true and I agree with you here, does it just further justify the need for a stout defensive front? Plus the way I see it, more and more corners that get drafted in the top 20 don't seem to pan out like teams had hoped.

The other issue is eagles are top 3 in sacks for the season. Now some of that might be skewed but they are getting sacks and QB hits but yet the defense is still struggling. Frankly i don’t the Miami DE is worthy of the 6 overall pick. He is more of a project then a sure thing like bosa.

I'll quote the original since you want to keep with the name calling.

*****NO NEED TO COMPARE HOW LONG, HOW OLD, OR HOW MUCH SOMEONE MAKES WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT DROPPING BACK 50 PLUS TIMES******

That's not what you said though. You said the problem isn't the QB, it's the coach. The fact is that using Hurts poor performance as an illustration that things aren't/weren't Wentz's fault is a massively flawed argument. These aren't mutually exclusive. Try following along.

But according to the haters a rookie 2nd round draft pick would fix all that.

Morons gonna moron.

Chase or Sewell or bust in this draft. Trade up if necessary. I know this is dramatic but if we don’t get either it’ll ruin the 2021 Eagles offseason and season for me. Need them in Philly.

Atta boy. It’s because this team/organization means something to you. No matter how horses___ they are.

Lets both be miserable Sunday night.

Close second would be the delay of game on 4th down

"Doug Pederson here trying to draw the Cowboys offsides" while Hurts is scanning the defense presnap, making no attempt whatsoever at a hard count

I think Duce Staley would be the favorite for head coach. If he didn’t get it, he’d probably want to move on.

Why?  This team needs an offensive mind that plays to the strengths of the players and that has proven himself.  To me, Duce has proven that he's great at shuffling the rotation of the RBs, especially when one of them has the hot hand.

Dougs response on this was pathetic .

"These things happen, its football."

No.  That's where you defend your player and you call out the turd who cheap shotted your player and say that the league needs to handle their business.   That's how you lead.    Acting all 'Gee shucks' is a wimpy response.

No trade ups. We can’t afford to give up draft picks.

Jacket lost the game for the Eagles yesterday, make no mistake about it.

Dude was trash. No, dude was worse than trash. He was a dumpster of trash from a sh itty Mexican restaurant the mixes their garbage with human waste because they have faulty plumbing and just have to do it that way. It's a sh itty job but Raul feeds his family doing it.

Not only do they mix the rancid, leftover refried beans, spoiled lettuce, and moldy cheese mixed with human excrement, but the set it on fire in the dumpster because they are a minority owned business and the city ordinance allows it.

It stinks like hell and probably infects neighborhood kids with cholera.

That is Jaquet. Dude should be working at McDonald's but he'd probably F that up too.
