I'll start by saying I think the latest Wentz report is as much BS as the last one. If it's true though, I hope they don't trade wentz to indy like he "reportedly" wants. If he wants to give up on the team send him to detroit or to the jets. His terrible play is what caused the situation, give it another go next year and see if you can fix it and then you can ask for a trade.

I also don't think this happens if he were benched early on the year when he was playing like ish. Bench him for a game or two in like week 8, then put him back in for the rest of the season and we probably don't have this issue.

You don't think there's any other reasons?

Here's my earlier post. It's really tight but unfortunately we're just on the wrong side of it:

You can cancel Cincinnati win. Their getting killed.

Evan Engram would be such an aggravating player to have on your team.

We'll see, I think everyone's calculating the SOS wrong. Most people are going by tankathon's percentage and I think it's wrong. I think the way it's done is you take the entire schedule, add up all the number of wins every opponent has(including division teams twice) and divide by the total games played. Doing that you get 64 wins for Bengals opponents compared to 36 for the Eagles. That's impossible ground to make up.

I did count division twice.

How do you get 36 wins for Eagles opponents? PIT, SEA, GB, NO is already 46?

I love how their plan really is "let’s just run it all back but with OTA’s”

All i know is the front office and lurie better get this right. And it’s not as if this organization has done that the last couple years with decisions. If they want to trade wentz that’s their decision but if trade wentz and it so happens next year you stink again and wind up firing doug at that point and Carson goes elsewhere and plays well thats horrific for the organization.

My thought is the FO is really blaming injuries as the main culprit for losing. Has to be it’s the only reason that it would make some type of sense. However even at that they are wrong.

It honestly feels like it’s going to blow up in their face next year. The eagles need to hit on these picks this draft and get major contributions with their poor cap flexibility and ability to bring guys in

MIA is dead now. Pick 6 😞

Also sense they seem to think the pandemic creating lack of offseason activities is a major reason for their decline and lack of production from rookie class. I think their plan at WR was poorly thought out when they enacted it back in March. It’s continued to show true that relying on 3 rookies, JJAW who has been underwhelming and no offseason activity and pretending like desean (even Goodwin) would just stay healthy was egregiously bad planning to go with entering the 2020 season.

This vikings lions game has been fun to watch. Somehow both are playing harder for a meaningless game then they did in some other contests down the stretch lol

Lions TD. Lions and Giants winning would be nice insurance in case we somehow beat WAS.

Gotta hope the Broncos also win

Lol seeing the Pats score a receiving TD for Newton makes me smile. We're in a cluster F now but the superbowl was worth it.

I want to choose wentz, but what I see the Owner's choice as being is a super bowl winning HC/GM combo, vs a QB who has yet to stay healthy for a post-season.

If we are keeping Doug, Id rather him have a shot at fixing wentz. I choose Wentz over Hurts 100% of the time.

But the decision between the QB and the HC/GM combo is unfortunately an easy one to choose the other guys over the QB.

What I believe is likely if the Wentz trade rumor is true, is that we dont go in to the season with Hurts as the starter. Lawrence will be our pick either at 6, or with a major Howie trade up.

Wrong.

Baltimore is going into the playoffs looking really good.

Yeah and Panthers.

Engram is an Agholor

Even Engram sucks. He's not a pro bowl TE.  I guess there was nobody else to give it to.

Lamar Jackson still isn’t a great passer. Gonna be hard to over come that.

ATL were 1st and goal but held to FG. Down to TB 23-20 with a quarter left. Come on Atlanta!

It’s nice they got to play jags, giants and bengals the last three weeks.

I don't disagree.

No doubt.
