They could be different situations but they could also see the fact that they might not think tua is the same player after coming off that hip injury and they didn’t have any tape since that injury to go off of. 

again I’m just telling you what multiple beat writers who have sources and Albert breer who also has sources has been told. I don’t think they do it but i don’t think you jus rule it out if they don’t think he’s the answer long term after seeing him play after his major injury. 

also only know this because my friend  (who ive known since college) is a beat writer covering the Cardinals, the Cardinals wanted to keep Josh Rosen but when they got the number one overall pick and they thought Kyler Murray would be a better pro long term than Rosen. I know for a fact the owner loved Rosen. It wasn’t just the regime change why they made that move.
