Check out this scenario. With a win for CHI, CAR and LAC, we'd actually have a SOS equal with CIN. I'm not sure what the next tie breaker would be.

Record vs. common opponents, which we would lose.

Would Metcalf/Jefferson/Agholor be the best WR corps in the NFL?

Wow think about that one.

Think bears fans are like just get us to the playoffs trubisky then we will replace you with playoff foles. #diabolical

also good for David Montgomery. Hes looked fantastic over the last month of the year. Granted against someone bad opponents

Interesting. So it would be the PHI/CIN record against common opponents? What about division opponents where we played them twice and CIN played them once? Count both games or just the first or what?

Schedule doesn't look that easy

Road looks easy but some tough home games.

The Eagles will bring less talent into the offseason than they did this year...with the same GM and coaching staff.  Just keep that in mind when we call anything about next year easy.

There's a balance there as we played their division opponents once, whom they played twice.

This Rams QB Wolford is listed at 6’1 .... he looks awfully 5’11 to me

If Streveler plays you’re about to see a poor man’s Taysom Hill

This team is so bad, that any game looks like a tough game.

Battle of the backups. Rams actually moved the ball well until they got inside the 5

I couldn't be less excited about 2021. The only thing that's even moderately exciting is the thought of getting a blue chip talent in the top 6 of the draft. But even then, he's just gonna miss half of next season with an MCL sprain anyway so who gives a s***

Doug and Press actually. With Howie making the picks to give Wentz the weapons he needs.

ill wager we dont draft a single skill position prior to rd 4

we going OL,DL, DBs early.

The NFL do a ton of stuff that is questionable, but to get the regular season done in Week 17 is a great achievement. Recalling so many posters on here that said a season wasn't going to happen or be lengthened, fair play to them for doing it, without the need to bubble the players.  A little lesson for many of us in real lives too.

Strength of victory, I believe

Meanwhile our opponents that look easy this year will likely fix themselves next year and be a problem for us

it really might speak to how overblown the whole COVID issue really is?  yes its serious, can be deadly to 1% of population, but for the other 98.?

There are so many bad QBs playing right now.

You may be right there although not adding a WR to this roster is going to hurt whoever is the QB.

Watching the games today, watching wrs named Gallup, Lamb, Sheppard, Slayton, Adams, Valdez-Scantling

and i still cant believe we ha e guys named Jjaw, Reagor, Ward, Fulgham

smh

Well the division will be vastly more difficult.  Dak back, that young WFT defense a year better, and Rivera with a year to find a more durable system qb...don’t expect any wins there.

The Giants will still suck, but if Jones gets a bit better, they could be a clear cut above us too.

Meanwhile, the strength of our team (DL), will be a year older and more frail.   The right side of the OL figures to have just as many combinations.  And we may not have a center.

At least we’ll have Wentz and Doug though.

I’d take that bet. Howie’s seat has to feel warm to him regardless of his relationship with Lurie. He’s going to be making panic moves to help the offense.

I'm no expert on the issue, but I think there are still concerns over damage it can do to internal organs, in addition to being easily spread to those who are more vulnerable if they catch it. I typically go to Florida to see my mom over the holidays, but with her battling stage 4 lung cancer, it was too risky for me to travel.

Cardinals/Rams game is a battle of the backups. The game with the two best QBs playing might be the Titans and Texans game.

Agree, they have managed the situation, remained flexible and with the amount of people involved, done a remarkable job to keep it all ticking and not suffered many large outbreaks.  Few predicted we'd get here without significant bubbles to stop the spread.
