I think that interaction in training camp with howie and his contract has affected him. I think he’s angry and doesn’t wanna get hurt playing for a team he feels as though is doing him wrong. I’m pretty sure that int was the result of a poor personnel choice, read and play.

He was used as such in college.  He's being used as one in the pros.  Some scouts even insulted him with the label of needing to change positions.  

I'd say it's a LOT safer to assume that's all he will amount to than to assume he's suddenly going to become a great passer.

Maybe.  Maybe not but no one can determine what a QB will do after only 3 NFL starts, especially when he's played well for 2 1/2 of those games and has passed for over 300 yards in 2 out of 3 of them.
