Yep. He wasn’t his usual self, but he was a good player. People remember the coverage busts early in the year.

And if we’re being honest, I think his politics were a bigger issue than his play for many.

Yeeep.  He's lost about 3 steps.  1 sack doesn't mean he's anything better than the total liability in coverage that he is.

He still wouldn't have given up 3 TDs to any TE in any game...

I thought mills should be playing safety but asking him to transition with a handful of snaps at safety last year and a covid offseason was likely going to be a bit much to be a starter. There were always going to be growing pains with him learning the new position.

Neither did Mills.

With the toxic contracts this team has, would you really want to pay Jenkins what he wanted?

I still think Mills will be OK.

You also don't get Slay if you're paying Malcolm, and I'd definitely rather have Slay.

I have no problem with him leaving...that was not my point. His replacement is sitting on the bench right now....I am speaking to Gerry and his total ineptitude...

thats being dishonest.

I think most were "fine” with moving on from Jenkins, but so also think most underrated his importance and his level of play.

I don’t think so. Obviously it can’t be proven though.

No argument there.

yeah. Well no one in here has ever said they are against the BLM message.

And considering Malcolm always stood, I never saw anyone in here mad at him for his politics. In fact about 100% of people agree with his politics if we are actually being honest.

Then you weren’t paying attention.

I was.

The problem is that anyone who disagrees with methods of kneelers is portrayed as "Against their politics" because in reality, the kneelers and their supporters have never been interested in honesty.

I don't like it at all what went down between Brees and Jenkins...

Bosa and Solomon Thomas tore their ACLs for San Francisco. Yikes.

They are blaming the field, and have to play there again this week against the Giants...

When Jenkins wrote the letter to philly fans, he most of my respect.

When he did that to Brees he lost the rest of it.

Both of those things happened after he was already done.

Truthfully, and with all due respect while he had it all, he just got washed up here and it was time.

This goes beyond the anthem. It was him using his platform. If you’re saying people in here weren’t annoyed with that you’re being dishonest or somehow missed hundreds of posts about it. If he gave up a big play people would take a shot at him for needing to spend more time focusing on football than being an activist.

I dont recall those. I must have skimmed quickly over them like most stupid game time posts.

If Lebron James were a safety with below average coverage skills, he'd be Malcom Jenkins.

Plus the whole skipping the White House visit too.

Jenkins is a borderline Eagle HOFer but I hope he doesn’t get in. Seems like such an arrogant ****. Just a modern day do gooder narcissist.

the whole team did that didnt they?

Do any Jim Stoutland doubters from week 1 want to eat any crow or possibly shove their posts, or keyboards up their butts?

Washed up Peters, a Herbig, and Pryor who most people had cut last week all kept Aaron Donald completely out of the game with only 1 tackle, 1 hit, and 0 sacks. And the rest of the rams DL too which also includes Floyd.

How many OL coaches have a performance like that with this group against those pass rushers?
