Wentz always says the right thing in front of a mic and continues to.  But his tone was a little curious.  Completely reasonable to force it and sound upbeat, not panicky, and chin up after these 2 games.  But he did seem a little unfazed by it all.  Pure speculation.  But it could be.

No I’d definitely put DE ahead of CB. It’s a more important position and a more immediate need. Slay and Maddox as the starters for another season will be fine. 

I hope Freeman is great for the Giants.

It's both.

It wasn't all on the WRs last year while everyone was arguing Wentz was elite.  And it's not all on Wentz this year while everyone is arguing the WRs are upgraded.

You have to imagine he's going to start for the Giants and got more money to do so than he would have here.  Giants need someone to carry the load with Barkley out for the year.  As a starter, he very well might be able to play himself in to a 2 year deal next year at 29.

The Eagles need to go 3-1 over the next 4 games. 4-0 would be great. I’m really sick of hearing about the Ravens living in Baltimore. Such a fair weather fanbase.

The coach was about to be fired and the team likely a fire sale but then they came back strong as hell the next season. It was pretty impressive

Reagor's target distribution the last 2 games are vastly different. We're not easing him in at all.

I wasn’t a fan in round 1. After Reagor, Aiyuk was my next favorite WR for the Eagles.

You don’t have to be a speed demon to stretch the field. Alshon helped open things up big time for this offense and he was probably about a 4.6 guy. 
 

I think Carson needs a guy who will actually catch the ball if he gets breathed on. 

Higgins is going to be absolutely fine. They have AJ Green and Boyd starting there. Hes not being rushed a long. I dont think he even got many snaps week 1, and had 0 targets in the game. 

All that matters is that hes ready when Green is gone, or injured again. And he will be.
