Sure, whatever, they are rookies.  Lots of time needed for everyone.  But no early smash hits or big games from any of our rookies, per usual.

Tee Higgins- did he have 2 TDs today or 1?  Either way 1 is more than any Eagles rookie WR over the past few years.

Rookies are producing all over the league yet the Eagles can't get a anything out of their draft classes.  It's unbelievable.

I was never a Burnett fan, but they now have to keep him on the roster.  They may want to pull Watkins off IR.  I'd cut JJAW and get Watkins on the roster and practicing with the team immediately.

Look, I was all for the 59 yarder.  The issue is after the Penalty, Doug was in a tight spot because he didn't want them to get the ball back and have enough time for a kick. Punting pins them deep with no time barely instead of mid field if Jake misses.   I'm not trying to spin, a Tie against the Bengals after 20 years of not beating them isn't a good result.  But I don't fault Doug for taking the Tie.  It was a tough spot.  

DP quote on not punting rather than field goal:

The phrase "It is what it is" is just screaming mediocrity.  It is what it is.  You settle for what it is and accept it.  I hate this mindset.  That's no way to coach a team and a horrible mindset to have.  

Last time the Eagles had  a tie, it helped them get to the playoffs and one missed PI from making it to the SB if I remember correctly. 

Don’t blame Pederson for the punt but there is a ton of other things to blame him for today.

I think, right now, we are the 3rd worst team in the league ahead of NYJ and NYG, tied (literally), with the Bengals.
 

That doesn’t meant we won’t steal a few games against better teams...we will.  But we will be favored against the Giants in both games and the home game against DC.  I think we win those and steal a couple more.

Yeah those guys are losers!  Better to coddle him like a spoiled child instead!

Dallas had another Dak INT just kicked back in to their possession. 

They are a scrappy team that seems to play best with their backs against the wall. Cant give them those 2nd chances.

If they lost today, I still wasnt going to feel too bad about where we stand at 0-2-1. 

If they win, its going to be really hard to come back from a 2 game deficit especially with the way we look right now.
